Love's Travel Stop, Tolleson AZ

I was there yesterday. I was surprised how clean and neat the restrooms and store was. Whole store was very well mantained and organized and staff was friendly. I got coffee and that was my only issue, it wasn't fresh, other than that I had a good experience at this Loves travel store.

The guy at the area were the trucks get thier parts the guy with glasses and is bald he was very rude and needs to learn how to talk to people, very bad customer services, thank god the lady got into the coverstion another worker, if not He would’ve kept going. So rude and giving attitude, poor, poor attitude. So watch out.

I needed two drive tires. I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes until they can get me in. One hour later I am told it will now be 2 hours before they can get to me. Despite being next on the list, they pull in two other trucks. It very well may be they prioritize who they will make the most money off of. I asked to be taken off of the list, and I’ll just go elsewhere. Love’s doesn’t seem to understand that drivers don’t have all day to wait around.

This is New loves travel center location here in tolleson, az. People are really friendly. Very clean store. But restroom needs more attention. Especially men side restrooms. This love has tire shop. They said they have mechanical service but it is joke. Other than that this place fills up around 2 to 3 pm.

If you care about your time and truck do not get your oil change here or get it done by a guy called mando. This morning I fund oil under my truck a few gallons from what his coworker said. Ok I’m mad and his coworkers are nice about things so just watch them

Who puts all All. I mean All their Hot to warm up at same time.here they do. Sad I didn't get to buy my 16 hot dogs. It was my treat to my road trip companions.
