Matt in the plumbing department went above and beyond with customer service.i needed a set screw
only a 1$ part. Matt escorted me to isle 18 and found my parts. Happy customer

Excellent today, went in for a few more houseplants and they had a great selection at reasonable prices. Plus the proper accessories all in one central location (pots, potting soil, fertilizer sticks). Even had check out staff so I didnt need to 'self check'. Car-Store-Car 15 minutes. Great store!

Specifically went for garden plants. Excellent variety. All plants were healthy! Very pleased. Also the prices were very reasonable.

The store is great. The shelves are stocked and prices are lower than other stores of its kind. There are self checkout kiosks, which minimizes wait at checkout. The parking lot is huge, with accessible parking and entrances.

They have a bigger plant selection than Home Depot on Carefree Hwy. I have never had a problem here and customer service is very good.

I come out of the bathroom and ask 2 clerks at the South checkout if they've seen a pregnant woman with a baby which is clearly my family the star was a 100% felt like just me and my family there very slow. And she gave me a condescending remark "I've seen lots of women that are pregnant with babies"? My favorite family comes around the corner walking in circles and I say is there any more pregnant women with children around here I don't see any customers anyway and they responded no just as and I looked back and they're staring like they're not paid enough to point me in the direction of the direction of the only customers which is us resulting in me leaving When I really wanted to be a lifelong customer?

This is the third Lowes location I have been to in a week. Every one of them are ridiculously slow. They have no help. You can't find anybody to help you and the checkout line in the nursery was ridiculous here yesterday it took me 30 minutes to go through the line with 4 or 5 people in front of me. It's home Depot for me from now on

Better than the other choice large home improvement, they continue to carry the name brands made in America, not converted to all China like the other.

You will find many many products here for remodeling/home projects or commercial use. They offer a huge garden and plant selection along with everything to take care of them. It can be difficult at times to find someone to help you and their prices are a little bit higher than similar places.

MMMMM the smell of new wood and projects just waiting to happen, I can't shop here without stocking up on something, always smiling faces and great supply.

I dont know if this location is under staffed or the employees genuinely dislike helping people. But talking to any one of them (if you can find someone) about a home project is like talking to a wall suffering from depression.

Quickly found what we needed & customer service was great in that they were well informed as to where items were located

Today! Was hectic could not find what I was looking for at home depot, went to Lowe's and got plenty of help and got what I needed.good customer service.

They don't have the good selection of Is charcoal. They did carry at one time the Kingsford Charcoal with wood chips.

Not the best selection of indoor plants but they have an amazing variety of outdoor plants and gardening tools/accessories!

It was a very nice store with mostly friendly and knowledgeable employees. We found what we needed easily and we felt the value of what we bought was comparable to the price we paid.

I just tried to buy a $500 gift card and was denied! Lol. They will only sell one gift card per customer per day with a $200 max limit. That's right. You just heard me correctly. Lowes turned down my $500. On my way to Home Depot.
