I love lowes, but this time they were out of framing hammers that can grip and turn 2x4s and the sockets I was after in both major brands. I have work to do, so I had to settle for other tools.

Always helpful managers and very knowledgeable staff at this particular store. Some great deals on clearance and open-box items and fair prices on most everything.

This is my go to store for most of my home needs. The store almost always has exactly what I want plus more. The staff are knowledgeable and available to answer any questions I may have. Check out is a breeze and there is a self check out for early adapters as well. Returns are as always validated when valid and I’ve never experienced anything but helpful people when I’ve needed to return or more likely replace something. One year I purchased a lawn mower in a box and for some reason it was problematic. I replaced it with a like mower and the same thing happened. After returning it once more I was given a small credit applied to a different make of mower. A husqvarna to be specific. I didn’t know there was a mower that feels and looks luxurious yet cuts like a freshly sharpened sickle in a wheat field. That was a solid move on their part and I will not soon forget their efforts to help me get my grass cut. I like going to this store and will continue to for the foreseeable future.

Really need to work on friendliness, customer service. Employees have this i don't care attitude. Seem put out. Gives off the impression of i hate my job. Maybe they are treated horrible. I dont know, but really don't like asking for help.

Easy to navigate layout with online order pickup lockers in front of store, knowledgeable employees. Crazy busy parking lot.

Horrible experience at this Lowe's location. I asked 4 - 5 associates where something was and none of them could point me in the right direction. I left Lowe's empty handed. This is why shop Home Depot most of the time. Their associates know where all merchandise is located in their stores.

They gave me a store credit card on which they entered the wrong information and I can't use my money now. The last four times I have been to Lowes I have had disappointing experiences. There is no one normal in this store and there is no one to help you. Long live the Home Depot.

It's really close to my house. Much closer than homedepo. But the staff is friendly and sometimes you get an employee who knows their stuff and sometimes you don't. Its lowes, i highly doubt this review or any other is steering away or driving in customers

Customer service line does not work. Can’t reach anyone who can assist.
Called other departments. They offer to transfer to customer service and don’t help. Customer service line immediately disconnects.

Excellent staff! I had to purchase supplies to install a new sprinkler system in our backyard. I was pricing it out at Home Depot and stopped in the Lowes to pickup some light bulbs. I mentioned to one of the workers that I was about to purchase a sprinkler system through Home Depot and he told me that Lowes will beat prices by 10%. I came back a couple days later with a quote and took it to the service desk. They did take off 10% and even got someone to help me get all the parts we needed. They were super friendly and amazing! I highly recommend them!

Way better about answering their phones than Home Depot! Thank you being competent in your job! Who would have thought just trying to reach someone on the phone would be such a hassel. I hate it when stores waste my time on the phone and than my call gets dropped. Thanks for not acting like a bunch of knucklehead mongoloids.

Great big box store if that is what you need. Folks are nice and accommodating, but it lacks help for the novice like me. Bought a refrigerator from them and it was seamless from purchase through installation

Garbage customer service. The cashier and her supervisor couldn't use a digital gift card I had because they had never seen one, despite the instructions to cashier being listed on the screen, so I walked out without a purchase. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I'll go to Home Depot or Ace, they are both closer anyway.

I need to purchase 2 packing totes from Lowe's. They had what I wanted but on the second to top shelve. I walked to the main aisle. Wave at two employees
standing 40 feet away. They both look at me and stop to hold a conversation for 5 minutes. When I walk towards them they both went in two separate directions. Someone at the customer service counter was nice enough to call someone for assistance. No one showed. I had to figure a way to get the product myself. To end this, I asked the speak to a Manger before I left the store to complain. The manager called the cashier and ask what do I want. I want better customer service. Too many people would love to have a job.

I would give it four but their prices are kinda high during the Holidays. And their customer service while helpful really does not know where their product is.sigh
