Luke Main Exchange, Glendale AZ

Pretty weeeeeirdddd experience. I won't name call her, but my boyfriend was checking out, and paying with a $2 bill. The employee had never heard of a $2 bill. She accused him of counterfeit, calling her manager over, and blatantly stating that he was trying to use counterfeit money. The manager cleared it up, but he left without an apology from her.

Look I come here for popeyes and basically the food court always good, fresh, and clean.better than anything off base in that same category.

They are done with construction and they always have a great selection, and the prices are on point.

They didn't have the German holiday wine I wanted but the shopette did with a 10% discount for 6 bottles or more.

Prices are good and the selection is bigger than other exchanges I have been to. The only complaint I have is the same complaint I have with all exchanges. They need more cashier's in the evenings.

I asked for a price check, because the scanners weren't operating. One employee, said she didnt know and walked off, the second one said she didnt know, I could have the register check. If the bx is loosing business, it's no wonder. No customer service.

Old habits die hard. After being a military wife for 22 years, going back to the base for shopping is just.well it feels good. Can't complain about the BX, but the commissary is where I really like to go. I shouldn't be surprised, but I always am, how much cheaper the commissary is than the local grocery stores.

Can get good deals on discounted items for active and retired military only. Brand names at slight discounts

Needs to be Updated! The main store seems so outdated.employees are rude & not helpful. I never felt this way with any BX or PX. I hate shopping here now. Also the food court should have more options and and a better environment it there.

Love it when we come during a sale and dont realize it till we check out! Got Brooks running shoes for daughter that were on clearance and had our $20 reward card to use towards it.and then all apparel was 35%! Woohoo =)

Found excalty what I was looking for, in cloth for my flag pole instead of the nylon one, so that it doesn't get damaged from weather. Great customer service

Luke Main Exchang has some of the most helpful employees. I asked one of the employees about a certain item she not only showed me where the item was located but made sure it was the right one for my needs.

Good selections and variety for a stateside AAFES Exchange. Conveniently located next to the Commissary. Food court doesnt have much to offer, but still has some good options.

I don't know who the clothing buyer is but the clothes look like they are from SEARS Catalog from 1972.

I have shopped this exchange for more than 20 years. The service is great, the staff is amazing and I love the selection. Grateful for the opportunity to use the exchange

First time ever to visit with my husband, very interesting to see a really military base. Everyone there was very kind and polite. Prices are about the same as a civilian shopping center. It was a nice visit.

I love there 50% clearance sales that they do every year. But besides this, it's a good store with a lot in it, great nice service and I would recomend shopping here

One of the better Exchanges I've been to. Prices are a bit lower than retail. The store is clean when though the building is old and could use a nice new coat of paint.the thing I like most about this location is that they do offer a firearms section with a nice selection in the store, most exchanges don't offer this.

My only complaint about the Main Exchange is how AFJROTC Instructors are not authorized to get the OCP uniforms just yet.

A great benefit of the military, however, not as affordable as it used to be. Prices now comparable, if not more expensive than off base. Clothing is geared toward those with more expensive taste, can't find the deals we could find years ago.
