The wife wanted to check it out. The store is under remodeling and has a temp location not far away. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Brooke was very helpful & had A1 customer service. Definitely ask for her when u go in.

I had a really surprising experience here. The educator Hae made me feel extremely unwelcome and accused me of lying. My align leggings came with the correct tag information attached to the wrong item. I was charged the $100 for the leggings. The item I received was the “all yours cropped cotton tank top *tie dye in marmoleado tie dye eccentric lime. ” It’s currently on markdown. Hae said my clothing was extremely old and then said it was fake and I was scamming them by buying off of a fake website with fake packaging when I was trying to exchange. I wasn’t asking for money just asking what I could do and maybe get a gift card? I spend lots of money with this company and have never had this type of experience. She was talking loudly and this was extremely embarrassing. It didn’t feel like she was trying to help me or educated me on policies. It felt extremely judgmental. I left extremely embarrassed.

This place has gone down. Unfriendly, unknowledgeable, disrespectful staff. Staff to include manager are inconsistent with their knowledge of their product. Also, felt treated like a child when I knew more of their products services than their staff.

Do not shop here! CEO today fired 2 employees for calling the police on robbers. How safe is this store if they allow people to steal and do nothing? No way. Enough is enough. His message tells people it’s ok to steal from here. I as a customer expect anyplace i shop to be safe and protect their employees. They have a poor company policy!

Lisa was amazing! Got me exactly what i needed even though it was out of stock, & made sure it would come in time for my trip! 11/10 customer service & her kindness was so appreciated!

Wife was looking for a pair of pants that are the same she bought years back at a different Lululemon in Vancouver bc. She found something similar here but not exact.
