Horrific care was provided to my grandmother before she passed away on November 2nd. There was a complete lapse in comfort, communication, respect, humility, and empathy. The staff here outside of the doctor treated my grandmother as well as my family so poorly that we apologized to her for the choice we made in bringing her here moments before she passed. The lack of compassion was mortifying and not a place we will ever bring another family member or suggest to anyone. It saddens me to say that being a member of the medical community as The Lund Home and other Hospice facilities should be a place of rest, comfort, and peace for those who go on to live peacefully in the comfort of the Lord. It is our greatest wish that providing a review alerts others so their family member does not go through what my grandmother did in her final days.

Such a caring Home. My best friend was bathed and washed hair the moment she arrived.
New meds given to finally ease her pain so she can sleep peacefully.
They allow me to be with her day and night. The staff are great!

Even though we were here during pandemic, the staff is fantastic. Everyone from our physicians, nurses, cleaning crews, made a very difficult time much easier.

I lost my wife to cancer on August 21,2022. She passed away peacefully in her sleep, thanks to the wonderful staff at The Lund Home. Everyone was caring, compassionate and professional. They couldn’t do enough to make my wife pain free and comfortable; and they showed the same compassion for me. Nothing was too much to ask. Her final hours were a tranquil experience, she died surrounded by love and dignity.

Terrible experience so far. Mom moved to their home today around 3;30 and my sister arrived just after 4 Pm. Mom laying in bed shivering no one in room. From 4: 30 to 9: 30 0m no one is checking on her, thankfully my sister is there. Night shift just said I will be here tonight stoop by later and that was at 7Pm, never came back till 9: 30. Mom has dementia and tested positive for covid 19, but can be treated like normal patient and give her some water at least to keep her hydrated.no food or anything. They expect this people to call them by pushing emergency button. Mom does not speak word in english. What kind of service do this places offer?

Words can not express how we feel about our experience at the Lund Home! From the moment my mother arrived, she received the best of care. From nurses to housekeeping, the staff was very attentive and swift. My father and I were cared for as well. They kept us informed, comforted, and welcomed every step of the way. Their assistance and guidance took the stress and fear out of the equation and gave us the opportunity to focus on spending special moments with my mother. Also, the environment was clean, beautiful, calming, and welcoming. I will forever remember our experience there with fondness and gratitude. THANK YOU!

Even at the height of the Covid outbreak, my stepfather received excellent care at the end of his life. The staff were all very attentive and kind. We’re very grateful for the services they provided.

When my father in law was at the end of his life you & your staff made everything more comfortable for not only him but us as well. The nurses were very caring and was there for us every step of the way and when he did pass lend a shoulder to cry on. Thank you for making him as comfortable as possible
