I scheduled a full brake job with pads and rotors. They did the job as scheduled and put in extra effort to get it done same day. Charles was great, and the mechanic was thorough and did a great job. I'm very happy with the end result.

I had an engine misfire code displaying on my Audi S5. The previous shop was having great difficulty determining what was the cause of the error code. This shop recommended a complete engine rebuild or engine swap. I removed the car and searched for an alternative shop. A trusted shop that specializes in BMWs, recommended Lusso Motorsorts. I have had difficulty finding competent service for the Audi. Lusso performed a complete engine diagnostic, and a compression test which showed all cylinders to be within spec and the engine was solid. The engine required a thorough carbon cleaning, normal at 80k with direct injection engines. The S5 runs phenomenally, Lusso Motorsorts is a smaller shop, however their work is impeccable. Charles provides fantastic customer service with pictures and detailed explanations of the issues and solutions. This will be my shop for Audi S5, definitely five stars.

Took my 2022 Stelvio Quadrifoli to get lowering springs, and exterior additions as well as down pipes, intakes and a tune. They did an fantastic job on all of it. We were updated through out the entire process. 10/10 would recommend and will we will be going back again for anything else that needs done. Everyone was super nice and super knowledgeable.

Honest and affordable repairs and service. Couldn't ask for much more, but wait there's more! Also had a fantastic detail done at the same time as getting services done.

Avoid at all costs. We had them perform a brake fluid flush on a 2009 16M and when we got it home we found all the bleeders to be dry, they did not flush the brakes at all.

We also noted a huge amount of oil coming from the car after the oil change and thought it was residual. $1800 later the local Ferrari dealership stated: Looks like our team was able to determine that it was oil that spilled over from the oil tank being overfilled. We had to disassemble the top portion of the engine and clean it thoroughly to ensure there are no active leaks at this time. Again I would avoid them at all costs.

This auto shop is amazing! They completed an oil change, and then a month later did some pretty intensive repairs on my 2018 Audi S5. The service level was above and beyond what you would find anywhere else. They back there work up with warranties and next level commitment to your car. The only shop i will bring my car too!

Have had a pluged fuel system and they work 2 days getting it to work and no one else would have done this and went to the extra mile so. I could get on the road again with my Rolls Royce I would recommend them to Anyone due to their honesty bar none. And they kept me informed every step of the way very good

I have an Audi S5 2013 that I purchased in 2020 and I went to an Audi dealership for my first service on my car later that year and was shocked by the price they charged me and also had a terrible customer service experience. I knew for my next repair I wanted to go elsewhere but didn’t know where to take it… until my Audi group had an event at Lusso, I met the guys that worked there, they showed me around the shop and I knew I wanted to use them for my next repair and I’m glad I did! They were faster and less expensive than the Audi dealership and don’t even get me started on their customer service! Charles is fantastic always goes above and beyond, he is excellent on keeping me in the loop on the progress of my repairs and has stayed open a little late so I could pick up my car after work. If you have a luxury car and sick of the dealership nonsense definitely check out Lusso for the best service in town!

I recently brought in my Audi SQ5 to have a basic 25 point inspection performed and an exterior wash, and they did an amazing job. Charles was super helpful, and the inspection was very detailed and even had photos to go along with the report. The detailer even buffed out a minor mark on one of the doors and vacuumed the mats as a kind gesture which I truly appreciated. They took great care of me and my vehicle and I would highly recommend them!

I have to say there is no one else I trust my vehicles with. They always take care of me and make sure your car is looked after properly. I have brought my Mk4 Volkswagen Gti, R53 Mini Cooper S, and just recently my 2001 Audi TT Quattro. They have done any work I have thrown at them no matter the scale and I highly trust the Master Tech Tony. Charles the service advisor is excellent and will relay any questions or concerns to the techs directly.
