Luv 2 Play Norterra reviews
18 Only indoor play gym where I've seen people actually cleaning things!
Great for kids up to I'd say ~10, big toddler area for those under ~ 4 years old.
Staff is always friendly, helpful, and fast while also not letting kids run amok (ex: reminding them they aren't supposed to climb up the slides, whereas other places staff often ignore it entirely)
Snack bar is good as well, average price but definitely better than competitors and more options.
Membership is reasonable, and there are guest perks and concessions discount even at the base level.
Had a birthday party here about a year back and it was WONDERFUL! Staff and party hosts took care of everything, I just had to drop off decorations and pick from the food and drink options.
Overall a great place to bring kids!
Would love if they offered extended hours on school breaks or summer 10/10 would (and do) recommend Luv2Play Norterra!
My kids are always sufficiently wore out after a few hours here. I like that it is ways clean and ple ty of tables so I can get work done while my kids run their energy out. Concessions are fairly priced as well.
Super cool place especially when it's hot outside. It's pretty expensive so be prepared but all and all still a fun place
My kids love coming here and the memberships they offer definitely pay for themselves after the 2nd trip.
Lots of fun for the kids. My only complaint is they're very expensive. But for a once-in-a-while thing, it's worth it.
The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the video games and some of the token required games. They've been abused and often malfunctioned. We don't spend on those anymore. My two under 10s love to run around though. Keep your issued socks and wash them when you get home.
Thank you to wonderful woman that helped me out the other day. My kids got separated for a minute and she helped us get reconnected! We are regular customers and this gal is ALWAYS working or cleaning during down time. I am sorry I didn’t get her name, but she is thin with beautiful long hair and a very caring and compassionate soul. Thank you again! Staff maters& she is a winner for sure!
Really expensive they charge for special socks ridiculous just another way to make money yeah people atre struggling and you gonna stick it to them more smfh
Lots to do to keep kids busy! Reasonably priced. You do need to purchase special socks to wear. But they are reusable and not to expensive.
It’s small but the kids love it. It’s a great place for parents to kick back. Went to a birthday party and they are well organized and it’s probably the best children party place
The staff came out and punted my child into a wall ans then proceeded to say, "get better nerd"
The front desk staff are racist. I’ve seen people wearing their regular socks and a lady just prevent me from entering with my kids and she demand to buy a socks. I told her I’m wearing my socks and I’m not going to play. But she kept demanding to either buy a socks or leave? Seriously this place is a disgrace and disgusting! I will never come back. I drove one hour to see it but it seems I wasted my time.
Staff need to be kind and nice with people.
Edited- I received a response- unfortunately was not able to replay to the response. So Im editing my review-
Hey owner - my complain is not about not to wearing a grip sock. My complaining is why some people not wearing it and they play with their kids and some wearing it. There were even kids not wearing sock at all! I'm not against wearing grip sock, BUT im saying why some people not wearing grip sock? And when it come to me even though I was not planning to play with my kids, I was not allowed to get it unless BUY grip sock! What a racist place!
I was excited to take my 9 month old and 10 year old here. It’s ok but like everywhere it’s ran by teenagers who don’t seem to really care or have much work ethic. Supposedly every employee forgot there ID cards so no one could sale me a card for arcade after the kiosks was broken. The teen proceeds to the owner for help who old glared at us with zero communication. No one knew how to refund my debit card so I was refunded cash. It was ok, but we will not be back. There are Much better versions of indoor play areas locally.
Expensive, overcrowded. The service was good with the birthday room we had but there was just too many people.
Not horribly busy this Thursday (2pm). Get them kiddos a nice workout! Definitely recommend the giant slide back right corner caution its goes fast fast! Ball pits are sanitized for protection. My son just goes gaga for this place. Probably have to buy the membership for him haha. Plan it during your family's outing.
Went tonight. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted at the register. For some reason the prices are higher than Luv 2Play phx. The toddler ballpit hadn’t been sanitized and smelled like pee. Surfaces were visibly dirty. Will only be going to the Phoenix location from now on.
Talk about "I'm a big kid now! " Its an amazing, fun & cheap (for what you get) place to take the family especially if it's to hot or cold outside!
Our kids LOVE this place.
It's safe, fun & clean. Prices are a bit high & you have to buy socks but overall it's a great place for the kids to run off loads of energy!
From the food area (as a mom) the pizza is great but the coffee is awful!
