I've been going to Lux Nail Bar for well over 10 years but ever since it changed owners recently, it's really gone downhill. The pedicure was rushed, my feet barely touched water. They used to use the diamond file and a pumice stone as well as the heel grater. Now they only use the heel grater and that's only for a few seconds and it doesn't take off the dead skin. The cuticle removal was average as well as the polish. The massage was okay but very rushed for the price. When she wasn't working on my feet or legs, she was on her phone. I've given them enough chances, it's just not a nice experience anymore. Time to find a new place.
