I believe the owner did my nails. This was my first time here and he gave me attitude because I didn’t know where the dip colors were. The manicure was not worth the $55. It was not smooth and came out bumpy and uneven. But for me the worst part was he used the buffer and file on me when it had already been used. And I know it was already used because there was white on it when I sat down and noticed it. I didn’t think he (mostly likely the owner) would use it again because it’s common sense not to reuse materials that can not be disinfected. And if he is okay with not following simple cleanliness, I wouldn’t be shocked if his employees did the same. Perhaps they need to re read the AZ Administration Code for salons!

Made an appointment with a specific nail tech at 4: 15 because we were told she needed to leave by 5: 00. Arrived at 4: 10, stood around for 20 minutes while she worked on someone else and when I asked when we would get in with her because we had a 4: 15 appointment and knew she needed to leave by 5: 00, we were told she didn’t have time now. This is why an appointment was made in the first place! When I asked whether we should leave or stay for someone else to do our appointments, I was given no answer. After standing around for another 5 minutes with no communication about how they could rectify the situation, we left. Terrible service! I’ve been going to this salon for 15+ years but won’t be back again. What a shame.

I enjoy a firm massage for pedicure, and Hanna does a wonderful job of applying just the right amount of pressure. I also like designs on my nails, and Hanna provides lovely, creative designs.

I came here to visit my sister for her wedding. My sister is a regular customer here and she suggested this place. I’m so glad she did. My nails were cleaned up and everything! No complaints about this place. Though Low on staff but still did an excellent job! I’ll come back next time I visit.

My experience here was so bad, it’s almost funny…ALMOST. During my manicure, Nancy cut two of my cuticles resulting in bleeding. She then grabbed a little bottle of blue liquid to put on the cuts and touched the tip of the bottle to my bleeding cuticles! How many people’s blood is on that bottle? !? Here’s hoping I don’t end up with some sort of disease. If you still have not decided to go elsewhere, then just FYI, the pedicure chair’s massage function felt half broken and none of my nails are the same length or shape. She didn’t make my feet bleed during the pedicure, though, so that’s a win.

If I could give no stars I would of rated this unprofessional discriminatory establishment. If you are in a wheelchair and have any debilitating ailments and or physical limitations DO NOT GO HERE. I brought a repeat customer here to have a mani pedi and when we arrived we were stared at like we had two heads. Then to make matters worse they refused to put polish on her due to a contracture of one of her hands. Even after I explained to them she gets her nails done all the time and we were just told they were refusing to do it. When asked to at least remove her toe nail polish the same lady refused to even remove the polish. I felt so bad for my friend, and will continue to make sure this establishment knows … to be unkind to customers who have a handicap are not nice people. Shame on You!: (
