Jason did an awesome job to settle the issues at hsnd. He resolved put navigation problems on our apps promptly.

I rented a car from Lyft for 2 years never any problems. I decided to stop driving for them because I got tied of Lyft not having my back as their driver. Everything was always my fault.the driver does all the heavy lifting, takes all the risks and for little reward. And can't even get a, "hey how's it going out there. " I rented the car with a huge fixed dent on the driver side door. Super noticable. The guy who checked it out to me said he didn't see it. So, I was guilty of it and was charged $500. But, no worries. My lawyer should have served Lyft with a court summons by now.

The Lyft driver center is not just a place for Lyft drivers. My 08 Lexus RX400H was involved in a auto accident and the collision shop was recommended from the insurance company. Who knew that they did auto body work? I didn't! Fast too! This place was quick, I've had a lot of body work done over the years on different cars and this place was quick! The Lexus looks great too. Perfect shiny and new again. It is weird when you go to drop off and pick up your car because you have to stand in a long line with the Lyft drivers to check in. I suggest that you DO NOT go at 9 AM when they first open to avoid that. Other than that you get personal service and the waiting area is ok nice. Lyft worked direct with the other guy's insurance and I didn't hear a word about the ins and outs. I received updates on when my car would be ready and tada it was.

Always easy to deal with. Got my mask and disinfectant. Car inspection and all done in a fr minutes safely!

Very professional and organized.

Picked up my replacement Amp, and was out in 5 minutes.

Rude staff. The staff is literally just standing around doing nothing.
There is a fridge for refreshments for drivers (empty) even though I can see in the back room a whole pallet of unopened drinks.

Too many issues with the app, called it in and spoke with someone that sounded like the call center is in another country. He was telling me that the app loosing connection was due to my service provider. OK. Full bars I can stream videos and phone calls. But for some miracle my app keeps failing. Costing me time and money. What a waste.

Great way to waste time, money, resources and make less than minimum wage.

Do your research! Don't believe the people that are selling this junk because they aren't being truthful with people. This is absolutely ridiculous!

Lyft needs to add a drop down under “help” that allows drivers to let support know the passenger of the canceled ride was under 18 years old. It’s a simple addition, that they haven’t added because Lyft benefits from driving underage passengers. It’s quite obnoxious, wastes drivers and telephone support time and puts drivers in unsafe positions

Lyft is great. The only problem I had with them was when I got in an accident. I tried getting straight to the point with what I needed to get done. So I did my accident report saying I was hit, cause I was. No phone calls until a month later asking about more details, so they did it over my gmail, gave all my info and that was it. And they still charged me a week of rent. I didn’t make any money with this company but I blame that on hertz

I like being a Lyft Driver. I wish they had a rent to own option for Express Drives who are looking to buy a car. I'm paying $1,078 a month and putting out $385 for gas renting a vehicle it way too expensive. I only bring home $120 per week on average.

The Driver LaTasha over charged me on my less than 1/2 mile ride down the road. Lyft Drivers are becoming scammers! I was over charged on my ride and nobody has even called me back. I went less than a 1/2 mile from my house and was charged over $14.50. Then I can't even get a human on the phone! LYFT is becoming like everybody else very impersonal and they don't care. I want a complete refund!

These guys are the most friendliest and helpful people on the planet. Stephanie Reynolds was very helpful with getting me back on the road when I was having some issues with the rental program functions which was affecting my income. Lyft is a great company and glad to be a driver partner with them

They do a lot for the drivers. Free coffee, drinks and some snacks are usually available. They had a party for drivers on New years before the big rush.

These guys were on top of it very professional very courteous willing to answer any questions no such thing as a dumb question I never seen so many Smiles on so many people's faces at work. The communication they have with each other and getting people through was unbelievable the post office and the DMV can learn a lot from Lyft about getting people in and out and on their way with a smiling face even if things didn't work out in their favor keep up the good work Lyft

Drivers are very courteous and polite but he careful they overcharge you and will give you the run around for a refund. I do not recommend this to anyone.
