Macy's, Chandler AZ

Terrible customer service, I bought a watch for a friend's birthday and the band broke within a month. They said since I didn't purchase a warranty then there's nothing they could do.

The makeup department.especially in the self-serve area where you can find Anastasia and trendy makeup lines is a disaster! Clearly no one has bothered to make sure that there is stock is on hand or if it's displayed correctly. The display cases are dirty with products smeared on them. I have never seen such a lack of proprietorship in my life. The Macy's brand is being diminished at this particular store. Gross!

Pleasant experience. I had an employee who stopped what she was doing to answer questions and ring me up

They don't bother putting prices on anything. Went to housewares to look for a couple of items. Everything we looked at had a tag, but no price on the tag, no scanners visible, and no cashier's visible. Just decided to go somewhere else where we could see how much something actually was.

If you're going to buy furniture, I recommend Gloria. She was very helpful and friendly. And doesn't try to push you to buy.

Go early in the Christmas season if you want to find product here because they were out of a lot of things. Sales people were great.

Tyler in the shoe department is exceptional! This am I called the 1-800 number after experiencing difficulties with the app and pricing. The representative kept giving me a scripted speech which didn’t answer my question, after 10 mins of the scripted speech I asked for a manager. I was told it would be and hour hold time. Unacceptable! I gave the rep my name and number and asked for a return call. 8 hours later I’m still waiting! I called Tyler at the Chandler Mall store and he not only answered my question but handled my transaction within 5 mins. He definitely went above and beyond, he confirmed there was a glitch in the system causing pricing on the same item different sizes to be different. He was very pleasant to talk to, and saved my relationship with Macy’s! Job well done, Tyler! Thank you!

Best workers just got to hit it at the right time. But most of the time they are the best workers there love yq

I haven't been to a Macy's in a while, however it did not disappoint Lots of sales and as always quality goods. My main purpose for the visit was to buy a new pair of sneakers. I immediately found 3 pairs that I liked. The sales associate was quick to acknowledge us, and came over as soon as he was done with the last client. Then he was back in a flash with the or selections. He also was well informed about each brand nuances. I truly enjoyed our experience. The only downside was the men's clothing department has limited selections.

Macys has always been my go to.prio to Christmas. During the holiday season too much merchandise.just felt cluttered. I'll wait til after the new year.

Had something I needed on sale. That's good. Neat, clean store. Too much noise and scent, sensory overload!

Currently in Macys make-up countainer finally found a rep to assist me, and she says I'm off I can not help you. So terrible I am a Macy card holder. Damn this is not the 1st time I haven't been able to get help but it is the 1st time someone told me so rudely "I'm off" and her name is Nicole. Macys do better.

The staff during the week are very friendly at this macys, i'm happy to say. My experience with macy's staff is usually sub par especially in the beauty area, but the staff here were very friendly.

Cashier told me she does not work in that area only helping cosmetic customer. She told me to go on the the other side of counter. I told her I had already checked but no one to assist. I asked if she can call for assistance and she told me I would have to wait until she is ringing up the customer. I think she was Este Lauder. I this point I walked away in search of a cashier. Found two talking in purse section.

My fianceé got my engagement ring at Macy's and I absolutely love it! It's so pretty and classy AND it was super affordable! Normally everything at Macy's (and Dillard's) is super expensive, but this ring is absolutely gorgeous for only $2000. I was so surprised! I would have been extremely upset if he bought a ring that we'd have to essentially take a loan out for, but it's so beautiful and something we can afford! Bad pic, but I promise the ring truly is beautiful!

All things are nice. Except you have to work hard to find your size dresses because they are not well organized.

Excellent collection of wardrobe and personal essentials. Have good sales discounts going on around the year.

Would have given 4 stars but on the day of the visit it took 20 minutes to find someone to help me with the men’s shoe department.

Better experience here than in Chandler but it was a different time of day, not at close so there were a few employees on the floor but not enough to cover the customers at hand.

I can never seem to go there and just buy the one thing I came for. I always leave with hundreds more. They have great departments with great items and prices. Thank you Macy's for keeping me in debt to you.
