Macy's, Scottsdale AZ

I have so many issues with Macy's and shopping online! They have transitioned a lot to online, so there's minimal inventory in store! They're online is terrible though, and there's not even anybody to contact when you need help, literally impossible to find a phone number or email on their website! Constant online ordering issues and in-store issues but clearly Macy's doesn't value customer service like Dillard's so I'll stick with Dillard's going forward!

Always a pleasure to shop Macy's. We happened through here on Halloween day 2021 on our way in to Scottsdale Fashion Square to look at sofas at the Lovesac store and found the ultimate sofa at Macy's! We found the sharpest looking, most unique sofa we have EVER seen! A bit lower price than the lower quality, made in third world countries furniture you usually find at the big box furniture outlets. The whole point of this story: don't forget about Macy's when shopping for quality furniture (or items in a lot of other categories too). We found our perfect sofa in a place we don't even think of as a furniture store! Tip: go to the store in person. There are items at the store that aren't even listed on Macy's online. And ours wasn't a discontinued floor model. Ours was a regular stock item that was delivered from the central warehouse, and was on sale for $2,000 OFF! Pays to shop.

It was amazing being at Macy's. One of the employees that works in the cosmetic department, looks just like my daughter, whom I haven't seen in a few years.

If possible I would offer 4.5 stars. It is not staff's fault that they are badly understaffed during the holiday season. The cosmetics area had a lot of customers, most of who were impatient. Staff did the best they could. The store is gorgeous and selections are in depth. As long as time permits, the cosmetics department at Macy's will have a better inventory to select from.

The store was dirty. No one to help me. The dressing rooms were stacked with clothes. I won't go back to that store. Don't waste your time.

This is the Macy's ar Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale, AZ The entire mall is filled with the most exclusive designer name brands there are on the market today and this store fits the mold very well. They have everything from Calvin Klein to Ralph Lauren to Tommy Hilfigger! Just to name a few of the brands in men's clothes! They also have women and kids including shoes for everybody as well!

The other week I went to this location to buy my boyfriend a new suit and a pair of slacks for a wedding reception. I found what I was looking for without help, as the department looked understaffed and I couldn't find any employees in the men's section.

When my boyfriend tried them on, the tag ripped a little as I had accidently bought a pair 2 inches too small. When I went back to return the slacks, I was met by Diane who refused to return the item. She gave me a snarky attitude and insinuated that I had stolen the item! I'm appalled. I'm a gold member cardholder and had both my receipt, and the tag that had been ripped. She said the item had "obviously been worn" as the tag was not attached. I explained that the tag had ripped off when my boyfriend was trying on the garment, but she rolled her eyes and mumbled "mhmm. "

I asked to speak with a manager, and she said she wouldn't, as there was noone else on the floor. I asked her what the return policy was and she wouldn't answer, just kept repeating that I was trying to return a defective item.

An item that I clearly bought a week prior as seen on the receipt.

I pulled up the return policy and confirmed that even an item that was "gently used" could be returned. She scoffed and said to go elsewhere.

Absolutely garbage customer service, and profiling me as a thief no less. Will not be back and encourage others to do the same.

Love it - but it's starting to cater to all demographics - it's not as exclusive as.it use to be but its still my favorite.

I doubt it's Macy's fault, probably the fashion industry at large. Can we please get some semi formal dresses that don't make our teen daughters look like they're applying for a position in a strip joint? Running out of options so my daughter settled for something that covered all the important body parts but it definitely wasn't what she had hoped to find.

Always a great place to shop. The people that work in the Ralph Lauren Polo section are very friendly and very helpful.excellent customer service!

I worked for macys for 4 years. It was a great learning experience. I came in some ways under experienced. And in other ways way over experienced. I was utilized all over the store from opening the truck to taking out of the door for guests. I miss and loved my old store crew. But now im done and moved on. Thanks Macy's

I bought some jewelry I liked it everything was great servers young lady was so helpful we're coming back got to watch to pick up in a pair of shoes so look out for us have a blessed day

I'm going to keep this brief.
Went to Macy's, found multiple items to purchase walked around asking multiple people for help and everyone kept pushing me off or sending me to someone else I sat for 20 minutes at the register waiting. The two employees I spoke to were talking within in earshot of me and I heard them speak dispargingly about me with racial remarks. I put my clothes down and walked right out. Miserable experience and I will never go back

We have delivered furniture to and from Macy's. The Scottsdale store has quality and tons of options for your home decor.

Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall is my absolute favorite Mall in Arizona, I've not seen another one better in Arizona
