Macy's, Tucson AZ

I was going to buy a mattress at Macy's for a good price. I really liked the bed but I was told that I had to pay $124.00 for delivery nowhere on the ticket price did it specify a delivery charge. This is false advertising. Sam Levitz delivers for free. The young lady rudely told me to buy somewhere else. I guess they want the only store left in Tucson to go out of business also.

Alive on life support only! It is an outdated, messy, remnant of a once-upon-a-time nice store. Prepare to be ignored by grumpy employees while shopping mostly empty racks. Just go elsewhere. Stop the suffering, just pull the plug! It's the humane thing to do.

Always a good service, and I love the girl Lupita at the lancome counter, she's always so attentive, sweet, ready to help you with whatever you need or looking for

I really love Macy's store. They always respect to customers. I ordered comforter set from online. It wasn't delivered me because it was lost. But I called customer service and they replaced it right away and I got it. Thank you so much. They gave me Star money too. It's amazing to buy anything.

Only one dressing room open still. I wasn't fond of the clothes that were offered. Seems like a pricier Kohls. What is happening with the choices of clothing? Everything is blah blah blah and unimaginative. Can we try to enhance the selection? Please?

GShock variety has pretty much gone to maybe 7 choices. All baby g shocks. Not really a fan. Dillards has a huge selection so I'll be going back there.

Went here for a gift and found a great deal. Just wasn't impressed with lady behind counter because she didn't really listen to me. Kept trying to get me to buy something other than what I went there to look at. So I left and went back another day with my mind made up so she couldn't try to push me into something I did not want

Had such a great experience in the kids department with evelyn. She was friendly, fast and did everything with a smile. She offered shipping and placed the order for me We will definitely go back and do some shopping at macys!

I returned a pair of tennis shoes and misplaced my receipt. My account was not credited even after I returned the shoes. I am sure there's surveillance cameras showing me entering and exiting the store with and without the orange Nike's box.

Its Macy's. They have good sales when they have them. They guarantee their watches. I had a nice beloved that broke 4 times on me. They continue replacing it as king as I have a receipt.

Macys great deals and sales saved us. Their selection of clothing was perfect, from mature women & womens in general, to young mens and mens in general. We had a wedding to attend and needed outfits for the entire family, we were able to find perfect outfits for all of us. The gentleman working in the mens business/formal section was very nice and helpful. Theres everything from clothes to housewares, and their sales were great. 40-70% off a lot of items. Department stores tend to have higher prices because its mostly higher quality and brands, but with the deals macys offers its affordable.

I don't think this company appreciates their customers at all. I was there on 5/16/21 and they only had one fitting room available for women. I had to walk back and forth across the entire store a few times which was very painful due to my arthritis. The staff didn't respond to my complaint as if they cared at all. I won't be giving Macy's any more of my business.

The elder lady in the shoe department was extremely rude and was slamming the shoes down when I would ask her a size she acted like she didn't want me to be there and had another come finish with me I had 6 pairs of shoes and after dealing with her I left with one xuz she was just nasty

Customer service in men's department great lose and found bad rude lady didn't get a chance to get her name two older women very rude

Awesome sales. For the most part all the Macy employees were very courteous. With the exception of the lady who works in the athletic shoe department. Her excuse was that she is not a Macy's employee.

I Love Macy's. If your in the mood to shop you can always find something nice.at a very good price.
