The new manager came from amazon is afroamericano black he is like race, we call osha or labor department & get loyer to came and inspect this warehouse, is hard job for everyone this afroamericano said if they don’t like his rule the door is open.don’t came work here we will call the tv new here

So after 3 1/2 half years of being a colleague, trainer & Ambassador Macy's is a good way to improve a resume for starters.

But now in days Macy's has been a little more up tight now with their new changes with rates. As business wise it's understandable but one problem is not taking there own employees opinions anymore.

It's a great pay job, people to work with & easy navigation. But what they're asking now is little too much.

This Macy's easy access from the I-10 to 303 AZ South. If you are coming from I-10 take 303 AZ South the 303 will end and will become Cotton. As you exit off 303 south make sure stay on left line it will become one line. Also make sure you follow posted speed limits become it is Highly patrol by the local sheriff's. Commerce will be on your left if you are coming South from 303 Az and at the time of this review construction is in process as you get close to Commerce. Make a left on Commerce go down about a quarter mile the entrance to Macy's will be on your right the 1st entrance. If you are making a pick up or delivery you will need delivery numbers pick up numbers or else they will not accept you. I posted pictures of proof that you need these numbers.
Besides all that nice people nice guards don't have any issues here.

Needs better leadership in the beauty department. Also let's say you get injured Macy's corporation will act like it's your fault and try too fire you but that's what companies do now a day and if you losing your people too Amazon and going out of business its the leadership fault. Oh and if you part time consider only getting 10 hours a week to 15. I was Full time by the way.

Yard was in a bit of confusion, however, they had folks out there directing traffic. Friendly and helpful. Even pulled my trailer out of line, as they had them stacked so you couldnt reach cranks.

Awfull bad. Bad bad took alot of time to get a couple of skids off. They are not coordinated. Really a bad experience

I started off as seasonal in 2017 and hired full-time in Jan 2018 I love my dept Induct and my manager and Co Workers are the best. 3×12 and as a employee of Macy's I love how it's very cultural we have alot of people working and I haven't have no issues working here going on 4 years soon and I love what I do I learned so much working here hard work n constantly keeping busy is what is required here seasonal is starting soon $18.plus now if you like to keep busy why not join MacysJob.com

Great pay! They just went up to $18 and hire on the spot. Flexible schedules, you can pick up shifts and post up your shift, once someone picks up your shift, not your responsibility anymore!

Considering tht Macys as a company has been going under for the last 5 years, dont expect too much of the same professionalism at their warehouse. Be prepared tht you will not be paid on time. Be prepared to experience bias favoritism tht determines whether or not you are hired on. Be prepared tht your job is never guaranteed despite your work ethic. Be prepared to have supervisors tht are as new as you. This is a high turnover place and there MO is not to keep ppl. There are seasonal employees tht have been working there for years and they are asked to train ppl who are hired full time, only showing more the bias. Again your work ethic is not priority. Great for a seasonal job.

The interview process was simple. Hire on the spot and the pay is superior to most entry level jobs. Benefits start immediately but expect to work 10 hour shifts with as much overtime as you can handle during the seasonal holidays.

Took me 2hrs early. A hour later I was done. 44plts. P.s be prepared to have your driving skills ready if there's a truck in the dock next to the one you hv to back in. Gd luck

Been here 10yrs.its a nice place to work.lotta opportunities to advance the pay is reasonable but not comparable to other warehouses.ita the culture that impresses me the most.

Management has been very helpful and patient, they run an outstanding business, done very well covID 19 has been kept way beyond MDL.borders. Purchers you can count on your gifts, being packaged and handled properly by caring people

Sat there for 2 hrs to be interviewed & was then told there isn't any 1st shift open ings. Nobody answers the phone so u can't check before going there. Don't think they are fans of white people. There aren't any I saw. Was really looking forward to working there
