Made Man Barbershop, Gilbert AZ

Barbershop had a great review and I figured my son deserved a barber cut rather than anything else. They charged 30$ for a cut that I could have done free of charge. A child's haircut. $30.00?
They were rude and completely unfriendly. We waited for an hour. I understand we didn't have an appointment, but not even a single smile or hello while we waited? About 50 minutes into our wait time a barber asked if we (I) wanted a water. Completely disappointed.

I have (had) longer hair. Asked specifically to be trimmed. Was even asked if ears wanted covered still I said yes. Nothing is covering, it’s like a 1 across all around…

I went from long hair to very short. I had hair almost to my shoulder, now there’s no flow, nothing. All gone. I spent my time out of the marines to try and grow my hair after being disabled and join the life of being a civilian and adjusting. It seems like I have almost back to the military cut… disappointed and will not be returning.

Edit in response to owner: I suffer from some things through my military career which makes it difficult for me in social settings. So my reply was to simply get up and leave without conflict

. Nothing is needed, I left a tip and simply left unsatisfied. Everything was told to the barber and you cannot add once it was all taken away. That’s why the review and response was said.

My son needed a haircut. Manbun was getting too long. Nice, quick and clean shop. Thanks guys

I am a California transplant and have been a customer of Fantastic Sam's for a billion years. This is my first haircut since moving to Gilbert and I decided to try this place near where I live. Eddie was my Barber and absolutely did a great job. I think it was reasonably priced and I think I look.well.presentable.lol.going through a very rough time in my life and Eddie's customer service and care for doing a great job was really great!

I absolutely recommend this place! And I will seek out Eddie next time!

Always love the service here I’ve been coming in for about 6 months, but today a newer guy David cut my hair, he will be my new go to guy every time! Thank you made man and David for the outstanding haircut!

Been taking my son here since he was 6months! Hes going on 5 now.every fade is perfect and always get what i ask for.the customer service is great and always friendly conversations. Stan and Eric is always good never had an appointment with anyone else but im sure they would be just as good. I will wait till they are available before i chance my sons hair at any other barbershop.even my son loves it! Theres lollipops n juice boxes for all ages including myself to enjoy make sure to do an appointment because they are always so busy due to such LOYAL CUSTOMERS AS MYSELF

Men! This is the place to go. I was attended by Stan today. First time ever coming here. Excellent work and best of all…. Wait for it…. He was fast! Fast in a good way. I had barbers take more than 30 min on cutting my hair. I’m mostly introverted sooo…. I really don’t like being held for a long while. So great work and appreciate the service. I’ll definitely be going here more! I wanted to take fotos but I didn’t slept because of work sooo i have baggy eyes.

My husband went in for a haircut after growing his hair out for a few years. Anthony was very personable and took the time to listen to my husband in regards to how he would like his hair cut. He did a great job. My husband decided he will be going back to Anthony as his regular barber. Thanks Anthony! Good job!

Very clean place with large screen LCDs. Zein gave me a perfect fade haircut and I look forward to many more.

This is a great place to get your haircut. They also do a great job on my fade and take their time making me look sharp.

Always a perfect haircut here & very informative on how hard parts should be, etc. They have fit me in after hours, 10/10 always! I don’t use any other barber anymore since first coming here. Great guys!

Cool barber shop with some cool folks working there. Light friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

$28 for 12min (6min cutting), specifically asked for split ends to be cut, not once did she look for any, and left LOTS. Left the hair on the back of my neck, didn't touch the top of my head at all, used a trimmer on 2+ year old beard instead of clippers, patchy face shave. Wishing I saved the money and just did it myself now that I'm home and have to clean up areas I can't see.
