I rarely post anything positive and never negative, however, this is more than deserving. I had my tint done on my 2021 CLS at a shop here in the valley and without going into details, the shop would not provide warranty info for the tint. I’ll leave it at that. I called Dustin at Madico and he was gracious and professional from beginning to end. Although receiving no benefit from this service, he provided me with lifetime warranty on the tiny and advised me if I run into any issues with the tint, to call him and he’ll have it corrected at another shop. Now, tell me when you received service like this in the Auto industry. Thank you Dustin.
