The place is very nice but service is beyond poor. We came to bowl, the front desk asked if we wanted a server on our lane and we said yes. The server wouldn't come over until we asked the manger for help. The manager wouldn't apologize for the wait, sent the server over who had terrible people skills, she took our order and left. When it was time to cash out, the server wouldn't come to us and ignored us. We had to pay at the front desk because we couldn't wait any longer. I have never seen such poor service when we were ready to spend more money at a location.

We enjoyed our time. Wish there was a different way to order food than sitting at a table waiting on someone to notice us. Ended up going somewhere else to eat.

It's pretty overrated in my opinion. A lot of the games don't work like they should and the card's never seem to want to read. I found the laser tag to be difficult to figure out and several people had to get their guns fixed mid-game when I was there. Like literally a third of the players. The staff was really nice tho.

Rented pool table and staff claims the pool chalk is "backordered. " This is ridiculous.you can't play good pool without chalk! If i can get it on Amazon with one day shipping.so can you. Stop being cheap and give people what they should have when playing. If not a single table has chalk, this has obviously been going on a long time because chalk lasts forever.

Overpriced games and lanes. Not fast at serving food or drinks and the place is a little dirty. It could use a decent professional cleaning.

Clean, fun, very family friendly. There Lazer tag arena is on point with a ramp to an upper level it is fun for all ages. Very affordable for people with there $7 per person per activity per day. I wish the employees would have been at least acting like they were having a better day, but all round will most definitely be returning when I am in there area.

Had a great time. Laser tag, rope obstacle course, bowling, arcade games, pool. It is a lot of fun! The staff is excellent as well!

There is nowhere to plug your phone in! Make sure your phone is charged for the anticipated length of stay. I personally don't wanna give my money to a retailer who goes out of their way to inconvenience their patrons. I am not taking the family here so I could wait uncomfortably while paying top price to play their video games. Don't be in a rush. The staff is really slow.

Came here for my birthday over the summer. Had a party of 12+ people, and we used their fun pass that have us unlimited access to bowling, laser tag, and the ropes course. Everyone had a really great time. Only downside was that the waits were a little long (not unexpected on a Saturday night) and the food a bit on the pricier side. Still a great time if you time or to use one of the fun passes!

We ordered sundaes and it took over 25 minutes to get them. The cookies and brownies in the sundaes were stale. I wouldn’t recommend.

I decided to celebarate my son's birthday here after seeing the deals they offered. The manager went above and beyond for us after we wanted to make a small change to our bowling purchase which was a huge surprise. Our pizza was much bigger than anticipated and the eat & play deal was perfect for us! I will definitely frequent this location more often after our experience here.

Fun, fun, fun! My son went to a freind's birthday party and they stayed here for 5 hours. 5 freakin hours! And they loved it. Many things to do and yummy party food to eat. Bowling, video games, laser tag and memories and laughter for years to come.

Its great fun, but fairly pricy, if you want to do anything fun here you have to be prepared to fork up $100 at the bare minimum. Otherwise its great fun for family or friends, there's good food and drink to be had here.

Games are too expensive! With that type of budget requirement it only allow a family a few minutes on the floor. How fun can that be? Food was great! Nice facility and bathrooms.

It's a ton to do, so once I get the full experience I'm sure I'll give it a five. The sampler was amazing the cheese ball are a hit for sure. I enjoyed the staff. They were cool. My waitress Danielle was nice the hostess when I arrived who's name I cant remember was very sweet. So was the one when I was leaving. I hope to do more than eat on my next trip!

We signed up for unlimited play for 4 people plus bowling shoes. $98. After 1 hour of bowling we were told our time was up. No one told us we were limited to 1 hour. How is that unlimited play? Do not go there.

Fun but they need to focus more of the bowling lanes. Games were exciting and food is great! Owner says they’ll take a look at the bowling lanes to improve them! Went to bowl again and had a great time. Their lanes improved a great amount!

I stopped by because I was in the area and i've been looking for a place that has pinball machines. Main Event unfortunately does not, but they have a nice setup, its large and theres a bar in it for the adults. I'd certainly stop by if i wanted to bowl or take my kids out

Poor service in the dining area. No one to bus tables. Very slow service, server could not keep drink orders straight.

Took my sister here for her 18th birthday and we had a great time bowling and ordering the yummy food, although we had a good time it felt a little pricey.
