Majestic Water Spouts, Tempe AZ

I bought a 48” Nakano spill way that came damaged when delivered. The box it was delivered in was undamaged and well protected. But when I opened it, it had a dent on the corner that broke the corner weld and smashed part of top down onto the spillway.
The gal at Majestic told me it was the contractor who is at fault which is me did the damage and denied any blame or liability for it.
She said I should try and sell my damaged spillway on EBay. $650 down the drain! Steer clear from Majestic Water Spouts
