Mama Linda’s Bakeshop reviews
18I've loved everything I've gotten here. It's kind of understated. If you aren't looking for it you might miss it.it's on the North West corner of Osborn and 20th street.
If you are tired of "run- of- the-mill" Pastries you'll certainly enjoy fresh made Pastries, because fresh handmade pastries are such a delight once you taste the flavors of real culinary art
I got pumpkin, lemon blueberry, chocolate s’more and snickerdoodle cookies.
They were so delicious and not super sweet! Definitely will visit again for other flavors.
What a sweet, local place! Clean, great service, locally owned/operated, and the desserts are absolutely delectable. Everything you want in a neighborhood bakery. Close the Midtown, Uptown, Arcadia, Downtown, & Old Town.
Friendly owner/baker. Will do special request baking; cakes, cookies and everything thing that taste great. Fresh daily. Walking distance from our house.
My partner and I watched this building for a long time waiting for this bakery to open. It’s been well worth the wait. Today I’m eating this cinnamon roll. This will be my 4th experience enjoying the goods that are baked at Mama Linda’s. We’ve enjoyed croissants, cookies, danishes, coffee cakes. All of them have been out of this world delicious.
The space itself is very tidy, neat, and welcoming as well. We’ve always had great interactions with the owner and principle baker, I can only assume this is Linda. We always look forward to stopping by.
I just stopped in this afternoon for a sweet tooth fix and she had just taken out some fresh cookies from the oven. She bakes in small batches throughout the day.
I got 3 kinds of cookies and all made me overwhelmed with ecstasy. So fresh and made with quality ingredients. Will be back often and can’t wait to order a cake!
My gson & I went to check out this new bakery & let me tell you, it was sooo good! Absolutely bomb dot com!
Gson had Macroons (cookies). Different varieties. He loved them!
2 oatmeal & raisin cookies for Big Leo (he loved it)
I got 2 cherry cookies (it was delicious!). A brownie (also delicious)! And a bacon & Swiss cheese croissant for the mañana
Definitely worth a stop!
She (Mama Linda?) said she also makes cakes & pies to order
Ordered a little cake here for a birthday and it was very good. The frosting was rich and delicious, and the cake part itself was like eating a cloud (white/yellow cake).
The owner also seems very nice.
Love this place, been waiting for this amazing bakeshop to open. Everything I had was delicious, fresh and high quality. I met Linda and she really seems like an amazing person. I can't wait to come back try more of the amazing baked goods.
Everything is always so fresh and delicious. Can tell Mama Linda puts her heart into it. Always happy to support a small business
Friendly, locally owned gem. Immaculate decor and tasty treats. Call ahead for the legendary cinnamon rolls.
I live right there in the neighborhood of Mama Linda’s. Went in to check it out. I walked in and the lady was so rude which isn’t a big deal, but when I asked if she wears a mask, she WENT OFF ABOUT HOW HER HUSBAND IS A DOCTOR AND SHE HAS THE RIGHT NOT TO WEAR THESE STUPID MASKS. I didn’t ask her to put one, I just wanted to know if she wears one. That was it. I didn’t bother to keep looking at the cafe, said to have a nice day ma’am, and left.
Mama Linda is extremely nice, hardworking, and makes delicious baked goods. She's super down to earth and a pleasure to talk to while she's making sure your goods are as fresh as possible!
My son and I were so excited to visit Mama Linda's and picked up cookies for a gift for his teacher at school. What a wonderful atmosphere and the owner is amazing. Of course, we had to nibble on few cookies ourselves and can you say scumptious. We are so thankful that this business opened and has truly given the neighborhood extra character. Thank you!
I walk here once a week. Thank god they opened so close to me because these treats taste like actual heaven. The chocolate croissant is to die for! Picture is of their champagne cupcake) So glad they are finally open. Go here ASAP!
We go 1-3 times a week some of the best baked goods I've had and I've worked in culinary for 13 years
