Jade was extremely helpful and had a friendly demeanor, however Julio never smiled and was clueless (he did not relay all available sizes in the store, clueless that the Gold/black dress coat was missing the spare buttons). Jade telephoned us back when they realized that the window mannequin had the right size coat available so that we would not have to drive back from Tucson for a special order pickup.
Jade gets 5 stars, Julio 2 stars.
