I gave them a call, a woman picked up, clearly at home, I said it was hard to hear her and she hung up on me. Called back requesting a phone number because they had a contract in my neighborhood. She told me to google it to find the number. When I asked why she didn’t have a number she told me, “I already told you, you have to google it”. Don’t bother, they have zero accountability and no customer service.

Employee by the name Ann horrible customer service has horrible customer service she is incompetent I don't no why they even have her working there. I had hang up and call back thankfully Irwin answer the call and answered all questions he was very professional and knowledgeable

I don't ever recall ever dealing with any business that treated you with horrible condescending attitude specifically planning and development "supervisor" Philip Clark just a terrible person. I am responsible for a large company i would never employ a person like this for any position. Is your life really that bad?

Your fast track process is a complete joke I’m still waiting for what should have been an over the counter permit.
