Maricopa County Passports, Mesa AZ

The people here were awesome Fast and friendly service. I brought all the documents I needed to bring and had no issues.

I applied for passport June 8th 2018 is July 10th 2018 and I still have not received my passports. Is for 3 children. I dont know why they make it so difficult! To receive them.
I gave them all my information my apartment number my email address. And when I call the 1877 # is not in the system / I never received emails from them and they always have my apartment number missing.even though I have already updated it.
They don't give you any updates on what is going on with the application or when will you receive it. I apply for the expedient service 3-2 weeks and have not received it.
My group is already leaving tomorrow! And I still don't have my passwords.
I have gotten my passport at the Mexican consulate and they give it to you the same day $65. USA passport book card $50 plus $60 expediate it service.and still they can't get it on time!

Waited in lobby to turn in my son's passport. By the time they called our number to the window, we were told they stopped taking passports 10 minutes prior even though the office was open another hour and a half!

I was pleased with the service I received when I visited your office to turn in my applications for passports for my husband and grandsons. The staff was pleasant and very efficient. We were in and out of the office in approximately 30 minutes. I look forward to working with you in the future.

No one down there gives a darn about helping in any way!

If I could give zero stars to the dept that handles passports I would. Spent over 1 hour and a half waiting in line to be told the pictures were wrong and they just changed the glasses policy for picture. You would think one on of them could verify info and pics for people to ensure our time is not wasted. This is my first time getting a passport and the experience was very unpleasant and my time was wasted. Thanks for nothing.
