I usually do not give bad reviews. Incompetent staff, when I ask to speak with the supervisor. I understood, we're the training was coming from.

I am appreciative for the loan because my loan ability is tapped out. They were able to approve me for about 75% of what I needed. The process was quick and the young woman that processed everything was pleasant and professional. The one missing star is due to the fact that they issued me a check from Bank of America and no one would cash it! I went to Bank of America and they said it was over their cashing threshold. A currency exchange said they'd charge me $140 to cash it. Walmart wouldn't cash it. I inquired with 2 of my banks about depositing the check just to find out they'd both have to put a hold or holds on the check funds. I got the loan to pay movers cash and depositing the check means I wouldn't have the cash when I needed it. The banks have their protocol and that's not Mariners fault but when I called, 3 times, to ask them if they could ach the money to my account or something because I got the loan for an immediate need and they never answered and NEVER CALLED BACK. Then I get a 3rd email in 5 days that's says it's the last time they are going to ask for a review. Automated harassment for a review but you don't answer the phone or return calls is kinda lame. Again they gave me a loan but service afterwards was a bit janky. I guess you can't expect no issues but a simple deposit or returned phone call could have curtailed any complaints I had.

Best place to get a loan, I have been with them for years and every time I've needed help they are the place to go.

Great staff! Super friendly and efficient. Updated my loan and had the money deposited directly to my bank account within 1 day. Did everything online, super easy. Highly recommended for your short-term financial needs.

Bad customer service. Left 2 voicemails on 2 different days. No call back. I applied for a pre approved offer only to be told they had a solution for me to call them. Hence the 2 voicemails. The 3rd time I called - finally someone answered! Only to be told I was denied. Misleading "pre approval" and bad customer service.
