Horrible experience the customer service is really bad! There’s a waitress name Dulce she is bad! My order was not what I asked for and she told me it was not her fault with an actitud Asker if was having a bad day, we were there to have a good time we’re it was my friends birthday! She was acting horrible

Ordered over the phone for a pick up, fist of all the menu online is not updated and the prices are completely different which is false advertising, ordered multiple items, one of them was the alambre de camarón, on there website menu it doesn’t specify it has bacon in it, I am pescatarian and ordered it because there was no meat listed, when I call the restaurant to let them know about the bacon it seems like I was causing a bad experience for them when I am the one that bought drone them lol I told the lady it didn’t say in the menu she put me with another person which was a super rude woman her name is Dulce, she said it wasn’t their fault the menu was not uodate and made it seem it was my fault which is stupid, I ask to just refun my money because I went during my lunch hour and didn’t want to go back she said they can’t refund if I don’t take the food back I told them that was a very bad experience and what Dulce did was just laught? Seriously what kind of joke restaurant is this? What kind of service is this, then when I got to the restaurante the girl was just laughing in my face never apologized for the error in their side, spoke to a “supervisor” and he had no word all he said is that he will talk to the girl about it they refund my money but the experience here is horrible, I do not recommend this place and for no reason I will be coming back l? No wonder why their reviews are bad. If I could give zero stars I would!

Bad customer service from Dulce today. She needs to work on her customer service and her attitude with us the customers. My order was not as described on website nor the prices. I asked why was the difference and all she answered was “I dont know why company has not yet updated prices on website but Thats not my fault” very rude person.

We ordered a tostada de ceviche
California roll and a guachmllito sushi and let me it was so disgusting It had this nasty taste. We to one bite of The ceviche it was really nasty, couldn't even see what was in it not to mention it tasted like it was raw because it was too chewy & taste really bad All in all it was the worst experience ever because we sat down here waiting for 30 minutes just for someone to take our order

Horrible place please do your self a favor and not to go there this waitress name Dulce was having a pretty bad actitud we ordered something and they brought us something different and she said it was not her fault not I told them what a bad experience she said I was giving her a bad experience horrible horrible place never going back.

Worst place to eat. Horrible customer service. Their is cockroaches inside the restaurant wouldnt recommend and the waitress "dulce" looks like shes on fentanyl

1st time in Phoenix & we wanted some Mariscos. They have plenty of tables inside & outside as well. Waitresses are friendly & welcome you in with a Smile. I started with a Michelada & it was good. They have good variety of drinks. I had a shrimp ceviche tostada & a shrimp quesadilla. Both were well served with plenty of shrimp & very Tasty. My bro had Camarones Culichi & pops had the shrimp/ octopus cocktail. We all were satisfied with the food. Pricing is average. They also have a live group playing music which made it even better I will definitely hit it up if I ever come back to Phoenix

The food is always fresh. The menu has a variety for the ones that don't like to eat seafood. (Like my daughters!) Music can be a little too loud on the weekends. Best to go during the weekdays when it is not so crowded.

No one there speaks English nor do they attempt to. How are you going to have a busy for everyone not just Spanish speaking.

Good place for family and friends. Staff was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone all day every day especially if you love Mexican food! Delicioso

The waitress service to forever just to refills of our drinks and order. The only time she was quick to come to our table was when we we asked for the check.

The food didn't have a lot of flavor. The micheladas were bitter. But it wasn't bad. I thought it was weird that they didn't want to take my card and told me to use an ATM in the restaurant.

Horrible customer service waited 15 min to be approached while other customers coming in later than us where being attended to. Waiter with excessive amount of makeup attended her I assume her friend right as they sat down. When to complain to the skinny host and he just brushed me off and didn’t tell the server anything for skipping us. Horrible customer service and excessive loud music gave me a headache…

Best place great customer service outstanding clearness and best place and prices and great quality for FOOD! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
