Mark was great. Live 3 time zones away and was still easy access for communication. Mark didn't make it feel like it was a job for him but more or less a friend trying to help a friend make a big step. He was honest on what we can afford and where we needed to be to properly make the best financial decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark (and I rarely do reviews)
