I like the part when you call 4 times and they hang up on you every time even thoe your deliving some of there products to them

They were not helpful at all! They acted as if we were imposing on them by trying to buy something! We will NEVER go back again!

This is the second time we have ordered a full truck load of blocks, 14 pallets and they have failed to show up on the delivery time scheduled. Crew is sitting around and no blocks. We have to pay the crew for their time even though nothing was done. If you want to pay for a crew sitting around when blocks were scheduled to be delivered and they were not, second time, then Marvel is your best choice.

Very helpful customer service. Ask for Rick when you stop in. Helped me out a ton with my paver project with my pool.

This is definitely the place to go to if you are looking for any type of pavers, bricks, stone or any type of building supply. VERY NICE PEOPLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE.

I've been in this field, landscapeing all my life, weather in Tucson or here in the valley marvel has been right thier offering me support, products of unsupassed exsalence, all I can say is thank you folks for all your help in the past 20 or so years keep up the good work!

Poor service. Watch out for the return policy. Only buy things as needed. They make is seems as it is easy to return things but only 7 days. Then tell you they can't make any exceptions. They will not take it back after 7 days (original seal.unopened). Horrible experience.

I did a giant paver job and needed a quality Sealer. David was motocross helpful. He gave me samples and lots of information. I have been to the store three times in the last week and each time he is smiling and very helpful. Thank you!

I stopped by the new Marvel Location on Bell road and was surprised to how many new products they have. Everything is professionally displayed and the staff is very knowledgeable. I stopped by for a trowel and ended up purchasing all the materials for my project. It was a nice experience!

I visited Marvel for the first time having passed it a few times on Bell road. I never knew this place even existed! But when I was looking into doing a couple home improvement projects, Marvel was perfect. Keep in mind, I am just an average home owner so I am not completely knowledgeable on these kinds of thing. But the employees at Marvel were so helpful and made each of my home improvement projects a painless and huge success! I highly recommend stopping by!
