Mary El is not rude but she will definitely defend herself as we all should if someone so rudely attacks her verbally in her place of business! This guy’s true colors apparent as he threatens to bully and push her out of her business. How despicable! If he is unhappy about something he should not return, instead he admits to making a sport of ruining her livelihood and she is all by herself! I would say he clearly tops the rude bucket and we should all watch out for villains like this. Please support Maryel!

She is pretty busy but takes care of each client effectively. The alkaline 10 is $1.50 per gallon and you will need to plan to drop-off for that type.

Completely and utterly rude service! What a horrible customer service experience. People like the lady who works here are the reason small businesses fail. We went in today to get ice and some ice cream, the lady is usually quiet and doesn't say much, but today she was cursing at us, complaining, and not even wearing a face mask. She was yelling at us for wanting to use a credit card. ARE YOU SERIOUS! No one carries cash now, especially with the pandemic. GET OVER IT! I have seen other reviews that said the owner harassed them for leaving a bad review, we will see how they respond to this one. She should be completely ashamed of herself for treating loyal customers with such hostility. We will be protesting this place and hopefully they move.

I honestly won't go anywhere else for my water because I know how much she cares about the quality of the water she provides her customers! Love coming here, and love the little chats when I'm in! She's always friendly and helpful!

MaryEllen is truly a caring individual. She goes above and beyond all the time. She really cares about other people! Her store is always neat and tidy. I would agree with everyone else. I went in for the first time today and she was very friendly! I had four 5 gallons of water and she unexpectedly helped me load the gallons on to my car which was very thoughtful of her!

The Ice Cream reminds me of when I was a young girl, living in West Virginia. The water is so crisp and the services is awesome.

Independently owned. MaryEllen is wonderful. Everyone loves to come back to her store. Once you meet her, you won't go to any other store for water, ice or Thrifty Ice Cream.

Buy this good water, not water that has only been run through a measly water filter and support this local establishment

Great experience coming here. They have Alkaline water that I need, the kind lady who works there is very knowledged and was a joy to have a conversation with. She earned my business for a long time to come.

The owner is so pleasant & always helpful. The store is very clean & well kept. There are many other items to choose from, such as ice cream & healthy supplements.

You can actually taste how clean the water is. Great value. They sell the good quality water bottles and ice, bottle lids. Top notch for water!
