Maryvale Dental Studio, Glendale AZ

I went here because they bought out my old dentist's practice when he retired. My first impression was a positive one. They had all the new technology and my hygienist was there. In February I went in for a routine cleaning and I had a chipped tooth. The hygienist said that she believed I needed a crown put on the chipped tooth. In March I went in, for what I thought, to get a crown on the chipped tooth. On the way home the numbing started to ware off and I could still feel the chipped tooth. Dr. Ravi had put the crown on the wrong tooth. Now my mouth was in pain and I could not brush my teeth. I went back and told them that they had done the wrong tooth and the chipped tooth was still chipped. Dr Ravi filled that tooth because he said that it did not need a crown, and I have been back three additional times because of the pain caused by this mistake. They have made up all these excuses and blamed it on miscommunication in the office. Meanwhile, I went in there experiencing no pain and have had pain and discomfort for a month now. I have since gone to another dentist that says the crowned tooth needs a root canal. I feel like this was a huge mistake and could possibly be considered dental malpractice by Dr. Ravi.

I only gave 4 stars because perfection is almost impossible, but if any Dr.and staff are striving towards perfection, it would be Dr. Ravi and the staff at 75th ave Dental Studio. I came in with a broken tooth and pain, they took wonderful care of me, and I'm very grateful for their kindness. I will be coming back for my dental needs. I feel safe and personally cared for at 75th ave Dental Studio.

Probably sounds too good to be true but it is very important for people to experience for themselves what I have learned after having this professional team taking care of my dental needs now in the end I am very happy with the results, so happy that I feel like sharing my experience I had with them

Getting a failed crown pulled is not fun. The fact is the staff at this office is first rate. Dr. Ravi B, good luck with his last name! Is excellent. I want him to.work on my teeth.

Dental hygienist, Jackie, was so skilled and informative. The office has won my business. All staff that I encountered were knowledgeable and personable.

I was. Dry happy to see Lynn and the other faces from my previous dental office. Made me feel at home.

Ever since I was a kid (about 10 years of age), I've been terrified of the dentist (I think due to the poor choice of dentists by my parents). I've had dental work (like fillings) done w/o deadening. Maryvale Dental staff have worked to help ease the bad feelings & each time I go, I'm usually just a bit better (although not perfect). Thanks to them, my blood pressure doesn't go thru the roof! Thanks for their understanding & patience!

Have always been very pleased with the service we get. Staff very friendly and Dr Hoffman is a great dentist.

I had an excellent experience at Maryvale Dental Studio. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I went in for the first time last week with severe pain from a bad tooth and infection. After taking penicillin and pain pills for a couple of days I went back in to have the tooth extracted. The pain stopped almost immediately. I went in today and had exrays done on the rest of my teeth and examination of my mouth. They took me in right away, no waiting! The best thing I liked is they called the endodontist for me to set up an appointment for a consultation. I really enjoyed my visit, which is pretty good since I don't really like to go to dentists.

Maryvale Dental have very good hygentist that are very friendly and caring while making your dental experience relaxing and confident with your treatment. I recommend them to everyone.
