Massage Envy - Moon Valley, Phoenix AZ

My therapist Kunisha is amazing. I think the best compliment I can give is in the weeks following my massage I feel fantastic! She identifies and focuses on the areas that need the most attention, and her technique is spot on. I really appreciate her.

As being a college student and tall, I can be clumsy at times. Recently I went to a college event which involved roller skating. When roller skating, my foot came from underneath me and I had landed on my tailbone which is now bruised as well as my right hip and underarms! On March 25th, I had an appointment with Carlita, who is absolutely AMAZING! She relieved all the tension in my body. Which had me leaving ME, feeling so wonderful! If you’re coming into Massage Envy for a massage because of injuries, I recommend Carlita! 10/10!

Best massage that I have received in a long time. Robin was my massage therapist and she was awesome. We talked about issues before she went to work. Fortunately I booked a 90 minute massage which provided Robin with ample time to address my issues and concerns. I will be back! Thank you Robin.

If I can give a 0 out 5 stars I will. Horrible bussiness, rude front desk girls, customer service is beyond horrible. Do not go to this facility they screw up your appointments all the time. I call and confirm my appointment this morning walk in and they had no appointment for me.

Not organized and very inconsistent. Shame you can't get a consistent therapy. Parking lot is dangerous also.

I updated account with new debit card and put account on freeze to catch up credits. Ariel was great! She explained everything and offered copy of contract (paperwork to freeze account) with months to check off so I could track when full payment would start again.

Today I tried to book an appointment for a massage. I have $125 gift certificate. Despite the gift certificate I was told that I needed to give them my credit card information. I refused. In a time where credit info is being stolen all the time, why would I give out my information for a service that has already been paid for?
I spoke to Arielle. She was rude and snapped at me so that was the end of our coversation. I told her to forget it and that I would fine another location.
I had been looking forward to getting a massage but WHAT A COLOSSAL HASSLE! I never suspected that just trying to book an appointment could be so stressful! Getting a massage should be therapeutic but dealing with Arielle definately WAS NOT THERAPEUTIC OR RELAXING.
I am telling my boyfriend DO NOT EVER give me a gift certificate to Massage Envy again! And after I use this gift certificate I will never return to any Massage Envy. This whole experience was extremely disappointing.
But it's their loss since I am looking for a place where I can get weekly massages. I will find a place that values their customers and I will be their loyal customer.

Worst front desk staff I have seen. While waiting they were complaining about customers on the phone. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 10 min past my appointment only to end 5 min before the hour. So my hour massage was really only 45 min. Madison and Chance maybe you shouldn't speak bad about customers when we can all hear you. Will not return!

They never answer their phone yet everytime I go there they have three receptionists at the desk. This is the third time I've had to call multiple times before finally getting an answer. Massages were always great. Service is unprofessional. Will be canceling membership.

Push small petite therapist to do a massage on a obese woman, which caused a ligament tear in her wrist. After a year of issues doctors says her impairment is permanent. And this place fires her over the phone. Because of a disability they caused. Shame on you if you continue to use this location. Boycott Encore LLC!

Jen is by far the most amazing therapist at this location. Deep tissue massage with great attention to the trouble spots. Love love love Jen's skills.

The massage therapist was very inexperienced, the clinic was noisy and somewhat unclean.i know it's a $49 massage, but it was a very poor experience.i won't join as a member.

Been going to this location for many years and it is the best! If you need a good deep tissue massage and/or have sports/back injuries, ask for Noel Moen. He is amazing! Does even more for my plantar fasciitis and back injuries than my physical therapist. For a less invasive massage, there are plenty of other great therapists at this location too.

After my mediocre massage I had to sit through a huge pitch. I even yelled at him about it. The guy took my credit card and wouldn't run it and let me leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I was a member at one time and would not recommend moon valley. I could never seem to get in with a few of the therapist I requested even with advance notice.also when leaving a message earlier in the day to request a massage for later that eve with anyone no one would get back to me and was very rude when I asked why I didn't receive a call back some hours later as they said " Sorry we just booked our last one ".
This was not just 1 or 2 times it's been several times.
