Made an appointment for my wife and myself to celebrate our 17th anniversary. When we got there, staff would not communicate with us, would not confirm our appointment, and pretty much ignored us and would not honor our appointment. Very disappointing!

My daughter and I have both been here many times. EVERY time, a great experience. They listen to you if you want a gentle or deep massage and always wish I had booked longer as it is so relaxing! Next appointment coming is already scheduled for a longer visit!
