I started going to Justin for massages for numbness in my arm and tight muscles in my back and neck a couple months ago from bad posture and thoracic outlet syndrome. Justin is warm and professional and made his practice a safe space for me to return to. He knows how to treat my TOS and my numbness has gone away, my muscle spasms have shrunk and some have gone away entirely. Justin is truly a healer as not only is he very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body but also aware of how trauma and emotional scars can be a source of one's physical pain. His intuition and empathetic nature and wisdom helped me realize a lot of my pain was coming from pent up emotions. I used to only get a massage once a year as a treat but I've seen him 3 times now and I feel so much better each time. Justin is the best kept secret in Sierra Vista. Hands-down, THE BEST MASSAGE I’ve ever had! I’ve traveled the world and had massages in many high-end resorts and nothing compares to Justin’s technique and attention. I could literally feel the tension leaving my body as he worked his magic! Highly recommend you see him! He’s an athlete himself so he pays attention to tightness and soreness and knows how to work it out of your muscles!
