Barry was great! He explained things very well. Ashea was also helpful. They didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattresses. They listened to our wants and needs in a bed and allowed us to try each bed and take as long as we wanted to. They were not pushy at all. It was a great experience, so great we came back later and got the mattresses we wanted. Barry explained all the fine print, and made it a good purchase. Ashea helped with delivery process. I had an awesome experience here! I walked in totally impromptu as a complete newbie mattress shopper. I honestly had no idea what I wanted. Ashea took me on with a warm, friendly smile. She was so great! She made sure to assess my needs well. I felt comfortable with her for sure, and she was so knowledgeable/relatable. She was able to make solid recommendations and checked in with how I was feeling. If you're ready to go mattress shopping, pop in there and ask if she's there. The store was clean and nice. I was only in there for maybe 15-20 minutes, and she did an amazing job explaining next steps.

I was exchanging a mattress that didn't work well for me. It was the Saturday of the Labor Day sale, a little before noon, and there was only one salesman in the store. He acknowledged each customer as they came in the store. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful with everyone who came in and, although he was very busy, I don't think anyone felt ignored or unimportant. I highly recommend this store, especially if all the salespersons are as great as the one that waited on me.

Very easy experience at mattress firm. I needed a box spring, they had it in stock and I was able to get exactly what I needed right away.
