Joel was the most knowledgeable salesman’s I’ve encountered in a mattress store. He listened to my concerns being a large person and advised accordingly. He diid not try to up sell me nor did he dismiss my stupid questions. Great experience!

Joy was so helpful and made sure we could find the perfect adjustable bed for my Dad who has painful cancer tumors. She even helped us make sure it will be delivered on our move-in day. Thanks Joy for making this task simple and affordable!

We shopped at the Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley store. We were greeted by Joel. He was very pleasant and informative. With his help, product info and test driving a half a dozen mattresses we purchased a mattress. The purchase and delivery set up was quick. Our sales person was the most kindest and knowledgeable person I have ever met. Wendy made sure to explain every product to us. She took the time to show us the difference between each mattress. My wife and I had so many questions, she answered all of them by spending 2 hours with us and in end we felt we bought the best product on the market. My thanks to Wendy and the Peoria mattress store.

Very nice and helpful team at this store. I received a quote in store that was incorrect. Even though that situation was disappointing, the sales associate made sure to do what he could to honor the original pricing I was given.

I have not been satisfied and forced to decline delivery. And are still trying to cancel the financial portion. I received a phone call from Nick who wanted us to stay with Mattress Firm including lowering the price. We elected not to go with Matress Firm and asked if Nick would make sure the contract was cancelled. Today Nick sent me a message to deal with the store from this point forward. Now we have Noone to speak with. I am hoping the CEO John Eck reads this and takes the time to satisfy us!
