Brian gave me a great deal and delivery was a breeze. Delivery staff were respectful and helpful. I will be buying more of home furnishing needs from Magic Mattress.

I was looking for a good mattress due to my back pain with my current mattress. I went to IKEA but then a coworker told me about this place so I went to see what I could find. And I ended up leaving with a amazing mattress! That definitely suited to what I was looking for in a bed! I cannot wait for it to be delivered! Everyone was so nice & welcoming! The prices are unbeatable and definitely answered all the questions I was hesitant about with financing. And helped me with a lower monthly payment! I appreciate this place so much!

Great customer service. Straight and to the point. I had a price range with specific bed features and was in and out less then 15min with my mattress. Have bought here before and will continue to do so in the future.

I thought I was opening a credit line not a lease. The lease practically is a loan at a 200% interest rate over one year. During the sale, it was never mentioned the purchase of $899 totaling $1248 if not paid within 90 days was going to turn into option b: locked 24 payments over one year. That would of raised a lot of questions. A purchase of $1248 is coming out to $2911.36.

It is unethical to leave out option b would be a lease of 24 payments. Vague communications lead to a sale that ultimately created a negative experience in the long run.

I just wanted to give an updated review. I bought a mattress from Bruce a year ago now and this thing is still the most COMFORTABLE mattress I’ve ever owned in my life, and I’ve owned a few top of line expensive mattress’s including tempur pedic. Just thought I would give an update. Thanks again Mattress Magic for the best sleep I get every night! Below is my original review from a year ago.

This place is amazing! We just bought our 2nd mattress from here. Bruce, Brian, Cesear, and the really nice lady in the front are all fantastic. Very knowledgeable and great quality mattresses. They also don’t give you a hard time if you need to exchange it out. Quick smooth transactions. Not to mention the prices are out of this world! So glad we didn’t buy from Ashley and went here instead. Support small businesses and they also donate all their old mattresses which we like a lot. Definitely recommend this place!

Been in Arizona for 4 months and just started looking around for a nice affordable bed. Went to about 4-5 places before landing myself at the best deals town! The staff was super helpful and the owner sales pitch is top tier lol made me feel really great about my purchase. Thanks again for everything.

My wife and I bought a king sized bed frame and a living room extendable couch from Mattress Magic. They did not have the furniture/pieces in the store so we looked at the catalog. HUGE MISTAKE!
Never get anything from here if you’ve not seen the furniture in person.
The living room couch was bought for $1500 and it was very bad. Same with the bed frame which was bought for $1000. The bed frame broke within a month.
They listened to us on the phone but did nothing to get our money back or even give us store credits.
PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE FURNITURE FIRST.
The owner of the store is a car salesman who guaranteed us saying “Our furniture is A-1 and much better than other places like IKEA and Bobs discount furniture”. I wish I hadn’t listened to him.

Just wanted to inform the people about it so that they don’t make the same mistake. I have all the bills and receipts to prove my claims and can upload phots here if needed!

Love the customer service and the prices were AMAZING! Better than other places. Just bought a bed and it arrived yesterday and I am very satisfied and happy!

Exceptional store, Workers are very accommodating and will work hard to give you a great deals. Love my mattress
