I couldn't be happier with my hair! I went in a day after getting highlights from another salon that left my hair a disaster. I didn't know how it could be fixed but Victoria saved my hair! I can't express how wonderful it was to have her do my hair. Victoria gave her ideas on how to fix it and always made sure I was comfortable with the decision. I will from now on be seeing Victoria for any and all hair needs! I suggest you do the same if you're looking for someone too.

I went to this place because I read that had good/great reviews.but reality different of what it's mention on these reviews. Mauricio didn't do a good or even fair Job with my short hair.he didn't listen to what I told him I wanted my haircut. I feel I wasted my money.

I enjoyed the expertise and hospitality of the Mauricio Fregoso salon for the first time yesterday. While I couldn’t really describe the haircut I had in mind somehow Mauricio read my mind and I love the result-he is a true artist! The professionalism of all the staff was exemplary and the environment pleasant. I will definitely be back-thanks Mauricio!

It has been over 2 months since I had my hair color-corrected & cut at Mauricio's. I'm still Lovin' It! Victoria took her time & worked her magic to give me a look that I receive compliments while out running errands etc. I'm looking forward to making my next appt with her plus I've highly recommended her to friends & family.

My hair stylist was Irene, and she was amazing and super nice. She knew exactly what I wanted. It’s so hard to find a hair stylist that does what you want not what they want. The environment was so comfortable. I will be a returning customer

Irene was very sweet! She did a great job on my cut and head/hand massage during the shampoo! I’m a little disappointed in my color because I specifically told her I wanted a more vibrant or drastic transition from my roots to my tips and it’s way more blended and subtle than I was expecting! It still looks pretty but when you pay that much for your hair to be done I think it should be what you expect!

I have nothing but good thing to say about Mauricio Fragoso Salon. Everyone is nice and listen to what u want. I been to other well known salons in Tucson and I give Mauricio Salon a high five. They are the best of the best. Thank you Victoria, Danielle, Mariam. You guys ROCK. I would highly recommend this salon.

Mauricio is awesome, but seriously that assistant is pretty ditsy in a bad way. She made rude remarks about other clients services it really made me uncomfortable.

I am very lucky to have been connected with the best stylist I’ve ever had. Danielle is amazing at color correction as well as cutting hair and most importantly she is very concerned with what her client wants and in making sure I am happy. The salon itself has the nicest people, everyone here makes me feel welcomed and most of all satisfaction is their goal.

After years of seaching for someone to do my hair in tucson (cause I would always travel back home to California) the way I wanted and found this hidden gem where stylist Mandy cut my hair to perfection.now she will be the only person to touch my hair im 100% grateful and I recommend her and the salon to anyone looking for an amazing cut.

I called and asked for haircut prices and was told that it depends on who you cut your hair with, ranging from $80 to $35. I scheduled my appointment and they texted me to remind me. My appointment was with Mandy and she listen to my concerns and took a good look at the pictures that I brought in for reference. She was really friendly and shampooed cut and styled my hair all included in the haircut price. There were no hidden fees and the price was the same price that I was quoted on the phone which I really appreciate. They also offer free bang trims in between cuts, which I know I will be taking advantage of.

Victoria was phenomenal! She gave me exactly what I wanted which is so incredibly rare in my experiences. I haven’t been 100% happy with my hair in almost 3 years, so you can imagine how happy I am. As long as I live in Tucson, I will be coming to Victoria for my Balayage needs!

The staff was also super friendly and welcoming! Great place to get your hair done.

I absolutely loved my gloss treatment, cut, and blowout by Sara. My hair feels well nourished, smells great after she applied the aromatic conditioning treatment, and my fading hair color looked refreshed after the gloss treatment! Glosses are great for in-between hair color appointments. This is a very welcoming salon. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful and quick to offer you a beverage, very nice when it’s 110 degrees outside.

First, let me start off with my bad experiences at other Tucson salons. I've been living in Arizona since 2015. Prior to my first visit (on 4/26/18) at Mauricio Fergoso Salon, I had been to two highly rated Paul Mitchell salons. At neither of those salons were they able to achieve the ash blonde that I've been trying to get for years, even after multiple sessions. On my last visit at one of those salons (February 2018), I had asked them to lighten my already highlighted hair to achieve a blonde, and I swear they DARKENED it instead.

Today was my first visit at Mauricio Fregoso Salon. I had done some research on the internet trying to find a stylist who had experience with turning dark Asian hair into blonde, and I found Victoria. I'm so glad I did! After only one session, she was able to achieve this blonde with it still feeling and looking healthy. As you can see in my attached photos, my ends were already a little lighter than my natural color, but most of that was cut off. She also cut my hair PRIOR to coloring, which I liked. I also liked that she took her time. At other salons I've been to, they take half the time, but don't do a good job AT ALL. All of the staff here were very friendly. Oh and thank you for not talking my ear off as I work nights and only got a few hours of sleep beforehand.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. Customer satisfaction seems to be their priority. This is definitely my new salon. Thanks Victoria.

Miriam is amazing! I have been going to her for about 7 years now. I moved to Phoenix 2 years ago and make the trip to Tucson every time I need my hair cut or colored. I almost never know what I want and I let her make the decisions! I am NEVER disappointed!

Victoria is outstanding! This wasn't just a haircut, I got pampered! Hand, neck, and head massage were delightful! I left feeling gorgeous! I highly recommend this salon!
