In 2017 I spent $22k in flooring, 3 years later the carpet started to bulge and roll in the doorways and hallways. Even the stairs had started to bulge. The new owner of this company sent out a new crew who did a great job, took over 8 hours and power stretched the entire carpeted areas very satisfied. I also was reassured from the owner that the carpet wasn’t going bad that the lament hadn’t separated from the fibers. My family and I would definitely use this company in the future.
