Aside from her professionalism and sweet personality, Alex is the biggest reasons I enjoy bringing mine and my families laundry to Lava Jet! She is always keeping it clean and upkept and helps the clients with such patience. Thank you Alex for making my Sundays pleasurable to be there at LAVAJET!

Love this laundromat, clean, nice washers, dryers get hot. Attendant on hand. Although it looks like they have changed the name from Lava Jet to Maytag Laundry & Dry Cleaning.

Clean facility with new equipment. No complaints. Reasonably priced friendly staff. Located right off I-19 and Irvington.

It’s great clean and the machines seem to be taken care of. I went at a very busy hour but managed to get my clothes clean.

This place has modern machines, is clean, staffed by a friendly lady and it opens on time. I'd give it 5 stars except for the ridiculous and aggressive warning about being charged w theft if you get change for more quarters than you need in one use. That's not the legal definition of theft, lol, but it seems to make a lot of people uncomfortable so good job with that I guess.

Ok, above average for cleanliness, prices are high average, however the machines are new so you are paying for top of the line new equipment. The attendant is a Spanish speaker with limited English skills, I had seen some negative reviews which are unfounded. Bathroom is made available in good condition, There is just one bathroom so you may need to wait. I had a chance to chat with the owner, She is wonderful and does care very much about providing a positive laundry experience for everyone. That goes along way with me! It is good to support ownership that cares and puts in a personal touch. 5+ stars, do not hesitate to go, "all your problems will come out in the wash! " MarkMannM2

I love going to this laundromat it is always clean and ready to use. Me and my family and friends prefer coming to Lava jet rather than any other laundromat. The employees there are always friendly and there when you need them for anything. So thank you Miss Helen and Glorian for making my laundry days experience a good one, and always so accommodating

I've been coming here for months and lately it's just been dirty and the washer and dryers haven't been worth the price. A third of the times I've come my clothes end up smelling like a dirty dog after I paid over 5$ per machine I don't even have a dog that's just gross. The most recent time I came in they were cleaning the fans and were brushing the fan with a dirty floor broom and using a leaf blower WHILE THEY WERE RUNNING didnt even bother turning the fans off to prevent it from going everywhere. I could see the dust build up flying around the air getting all over people's freshly washed clothes. It's just disappointing for the price I'm paying.

If you think this is an attack on your business you need to reevaluate your situation. I've seen dog hair in the machines and I move over but when it looks clean and I wash my clothes and they stink after that's not okay. I honestly should've asked for a refund. Go watch your cameras on 6/14/23 and watch as your employee uses a DIRTY BROOM to try and clean a DIRTY DUST FILLED FAN.it was gross.

All I can say is it's on you as the awful owner. You don't even know what goes on in your own building.

I love this laundry mat I know the owner on a personal matter he's a great that looks out for his customers he has brand new washing machines that work really well his manager is great also she's a hard worker that does great service to help out the customers and keeps the laundry mat clean if the mat was close to where I livvewould be be using the mat full time

This is the worst laundromat ever there dryer dis not dry my clothes a d they would not refund me or start another dryer!

Helen is the great worker and it's clean and taking care of my talking. I'm gonna tell people to go there more often.

I've been to multiple Laundromats across town. This one is by far the cleanest. They have so many machines to choose from. I will for sure be coming back soon.

Always clean. I would give 5 stars if not for the new lady working there. She wears a blue apron thing and she’s very rude, she is not a people person. After just taking my clothes out of the dryer She made me take all my clothes out of the basket to put in a different one because she needs to have one small ice available to go outside. Mind you after taking the basket from me she just parked it at the front by the door. I watched for 10 minutes and no one came to use the basket so she made me switch baskets for no reason. Honestly I don’t even wanna go back because of her.
Would give 5 stars if not for the rude worker.
