5HORRIBLE SERVICE! No matter how much you call, goes straight to voicemail. My resident is ready for pick up but I can't confirm someone is there to assist her out to the vehicle.
Doctors are very dismissive with patient’s concerns. All staff is rude and unprofessional.
I'm an attorney with a law firm that needs to satisfy a lien for a client. I've called, left messages, mailed letters, and these people won't even call back. Guess they don't want to get paid?
I love this place. I have been a patient here for over 2 years. I have been able to make same day appts several times for my Grandchildren. Dr Chiou is kind, smart, caring and has a great bed-side manner.
I don't get why it only has a 2.4 rating.
It a nice place but the staff here need more professional manner like talking to the patients more and communicate more on the statues of why we're waiting for 1hour till finally just getting results. My 3 kids appt was at 8am, 830am, 9am and finally leaving now at 10am. Just need more back office guidance and manners.
