McDonald's, Kingman AZ

I got an oreo mcflurry and they filled it up in a way that got it all over the cup and it made my hands sticky.

Do not like this McDonald's.service is aweful and I deliver food and I spend to much time waiting to pick up for customers and they are rude

Food is exactly as you’d expect from McDonald’s. If you like it you won’t be disappointed hear. Customs service can be hit or miss depending on the staff and time of day but most of the time everyone is friendly and efficient. During busy hours this location can get very chaotic. I don’t know why, but they always seem to be caught off guard by being busy, even though it happens every day. Mistakes are often made during these time but they are usually gracious when asked to correct them.

Incredibly slow. We waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru - several minutes just parked and the line didn't move one foot. I could've been seated at the popular restaurant and placed my order faster. Go to the other McDonald's on Andy Devine, as they're usually very quick.

Horrible service. Always get the order wrong in the drive through. Go inside to get it fixed and it takes forever.

It's alright. I see they made some changes.everything is do it yourself.if I wanted to do it myself I would stay home. I go out and pay to get service.plus the prices r outrages. I can't stand what McDonald's has done to this country.they suck.

A mixed bag of service and quality. Sometimes this location is excellent and other times leave much to be desired. Check your bag before leaving. I have had several instances of receiving incorrect or other patrons' orders.

I'm from Florida and this was one of best mcdonalds I've ever been in. It was cleanest mcds I've ever seen and actually had a playplace u don't see those anymore. Had 4 kiosks for self service and actually had all mcdonalds condiments most u go to they have no idea mcdonalds even has honey (NOT honey mustard). Employees were fast and friendly. Glad we stopped.

Absolutely horrid.very disappointed with the service. Waited in drive thru for 15 min then told to go park for another 15 min.all that time for just 2 spicy chickens and 2 regular bugers and 1 small fry. Not to mention the food was cold and the bread a little hard. Piss poor.

Was told to pull forward in the drive thru and park in the reserved parking. After waiting another 15 minutes I had to go in and get my food because they forgot about it. To make it worse they left out a sandwich.

It's a busy place love all the beautiful women that work there I have never had any issues it's the same size as any other McDonald's it's a short walk from your car or use the drive-thru whichever you prefer the girl in window one has such a pretty voice I moved to Kingman three months ago it's a short distance from where I am 1976 Andy Devine this is the only McDonald's that I can tell you that the employees really do deserve the $15 an hour

Right NOW YOU CAN'T BEAT the $6.62.oo meal deals! The Big Mac, 1/4 Pounder Cheese, Filet Fish or McNuggets with fries, Delicious Apple Pie & large drink! Are you KIDDING ME? THE BOMB! I have 1 EVERY day! Hope I don't turn into a trippy clown! Peace!

This is a McDonalds in Kingman. The women's bathroom could use more TLC but the gentleman at the order register was a joy. It's too bad we don't have more people like him in today's world

This is a clean, modern franchise with a play place. You order via a touch-screen kiosk which allows you to customize your order perfectly. You can either pay at the kiosk or give the cashier cash. I was super impressed.

When I got my order of a quarter pounder, the meat was raw, I took it to the front to get a replacement, and they cooked me a new one, this one was also raw. At that point I gave up. My order was placed on a kiosk, and picked up by me, all you had to do was properly cook the burger.

I went thru the drive thru 1 night. Ordered my food which wasn't much just 4 meals. I pay go to second window, they hand me my happy meal and tell me to park in the provided space for my food. I'm waiting, 4 cars go that were behind me. I'm sorry but that was very poor service. They're rude especially in drive thru!

This location of mcdonalds seems to be pretty updated with all the latest and greatest. The reason for three stars is that it is insanely over priced. For an egg mcmuffin meal, a hot cakes and sausage, a drink and hashbrown, it was near $17 dollars. Pretty good service and clean.

Took 15 min to give me 2 cheeseburgers, I ordered them with extra cheese and in those 15 minutes they couldn't seem to make the order right. On a side note there was plenty of staff and only 1 oher customer in the restaurant

The food was fresh. The wait was longer than a usual fast food restaurant. When you drive thru, they make you park and they bring the food out to you. This is usual practice not a one time thing. The staff was friendly. She brought my food out with a smile.
