McDonald's, Tempe AZ

Well i ordered a mcflurry this afternoon, paid for it and when i got to the window and was handed my order the girl said have a nice day and i said you are missing my mcflurry, that is when i was told that the ice cream machine was down.as it ALWAYS seems when i go to ANY mcdonalds. It can be totally random and the dam machine is down. She gave me a frappe in exchange for my mcflurry but it just wasnt the same

It literally said no American cheese and plain on the receipt but they put cheese on it and a piece of lettuce on one. Pathetic

If you are looking to dine-in, this McDonald's like most other locations is still not allowing people to eat in the building. The service was quick, but I didnt get the sense of customer service. This visit felt more like I was another number for the day and onto the next (I was the only client at the time so it just felt odd interacting with the employee). Wasnt worth the vist in my opinion.

Ticket # 1346 05: 11PM Order 46. The manager on this shift has some serious work to do on her problem solving skills. We placed a order for a "4C, Large, Coke, add a large sweet tea, 4pc chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and apple juice and barbeque sauce. Add another happy meal exactly the same but with ranch, add a hot and spicy and a cheeseburger". We used the buy one get 1 free promo code. We where then given most of our food but noticed 1 apple juice missing. When inquiring about this we where told it only showed one apple juice on the receipt. I told her that did not make any sense. We ordered 2 happy meals, exactly the same. We where then told we where not getting another apple juice with our purchase and where told to leave. I at this point asked the girl in the window to get the manager. The manager advised us that our sweet tea was attached to a happy meal. After stating "that makes no F**king sense" the manager decided to give us attitude and told us we could pay for the iced tea, something WE WANTED TO DO THE WHOLE TIME. This entire transaction and review is being written because #1 whoever took our order should not be the posterchild for the $15hr minimum wage argument and #2 your managers inability to quickly correct a mistake made BY YOUR STAFF but instead tried to make me out to be an idiot. Moral of the story, please tell the guy in the window, my 4 year old wouldn't have added the sweet tea to a happy meal, where does that put him?

I do rate fast food restaurants. There is a difference. Sometimes you think McDonald's is just McDonald's. But it's not always the same. Went through the drive-thru. The kid taking my order seemed very put out to be taking my order. He was annoyed that I asked for a root beer that they didn't have.

When we got our food there were onions on our burger that we asked for no onions.

I opened the cheeseburger from the Happy meal and there was ketchup everywhere. Just what my little one needs to be doing in the car. Fabulous. Not so much.

There was no honey mustard sauce which we did not realize until we were gone.

My favorite thing about McDonald's is the fries. And sometimes the oil is dirty so they don't taste quite right. These fries looked totally clean. Like no dirty oil. But the taste was awful. Not good.

There's another McDonald's less than 2 miles away around the corner. Take the two minutes to drive to the other one. Trust me.

I will add that I understand maybe it was just a bad night for this particular McDonald's. But, that's $19 we can never get back.

Don't go in if you want to use the restroom Lyft and Uber drivers. They ain't open. I generally avoid all McDonald's because of this reason.

They almost never get my order correct. Nearly every single time I go here they "forget" to put something in my order.

They keep it clean and tidy which is important during covid. They have sanitizer at the gate and proper shielding as well.i have encountered a rude manager once apart from that everything else is peaceful.

Asked for the cashier to put my order into two diffrebt bags for me and he asked me why? Not verry professional plus order wasnt correct

McDonald's is McDonald's expect the usual, nothing particularly good or bad about my experience, just know it's not the worst one in the east valley.

Rude drive thru help. Ice cream cones are becoming less and less in size of cone. Its hot out! Stop passing out kiddie size ice cream cones!

I can't say anything bad about McDonald's most of the time. Good food and people are always friendly. I visit this location often

I’ve ordered from here useing uber eats 3 turns and EVERYTIME the food is stall and very poorly made. I want my money back

I've never been to a Mc Donalds that served hot food and had clean bathrooms. My Big Mac was Hot, fresh and right from the grill and the fries were to. Customer service was excellent.

This is the nearest one to ASU on the crowded food lane of Rural and Apache. The food is typically Mcdonaldian. The place is pretty crowded at the counter in the evening sometimes. Other than that, its pretty much free and spacious: D You could order o line with the app and visit for a quick grab to avoid the queue. Also, check out their deals in the app for Mondays and Fridays especially.

I stop here frequently in the mornings. Typical McD fare. Most of the staff is friendly and efficient. There are usually a few hoboes on the patio, drinking ice water.

Mc Donald's is ok I guess I don't think there is anything special but there is always a burger when u need it

Ordered a fish fillet sandwich add tomato. I get home after about 20 minutes. I go to open my food and it is literally just cheese, tartar sauce, and a tomato. Called to let them know and all I got was attitude.

Fast. Hot. And freshly made meal with great customer service all at a great price when I used the McDonald's app at the end. I Couldn't ask for anything more on this visit.

McDonald's is not a great place to study. I'm better off taking Snookie to McDonald's. The OJ was so acidic I was terrified. Too dark too windy!
