McDonald's, Chandler AZ

I work overnight, and despite it being “24 hours”, no one would respond or take my order, wasting my lunch break.

Used the drive through. Got my favorite Quarter Pounder with cheese, Fries and Dr Pepper. The fries were fresh, hot and crispy and I ate most of them before I even got home. Took about a five minute to get home to eat the Quarter Pounder which was still hot and delicious and i had enough fries left to make a perfect lunch time treat.

McDonald's is always a good go to joint late at night for good fries. This location is on point, good job McD's.

Can't open on time. Spent ten minutes at drive thru speaker box until I decided to just leave because it was obvious they didn't care that anyone was waiting to order. Large window sign says they open at 5am since I start work at 5: 30am I had to leave after wasting 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order before finally leaving when it became clear they weren't going to come take my order.

The new playground area is nice, but it is for older kids. The toddler area is small. I have a toddler with some physical disability so we look for playgrounds he can use independently.

Ice Tea was bitter, spicy chicken was overcooked, french fries were extra greasy. Worst McDonald's I have eaten in.

HORRIBLE & RUDE Service (Cassandra, Rosario & Nene). The Managers on duty were the most despicable People I have ever encountered in Food Service. Unknown to these 3 Employees (Cassandra, Rosario & Nene) I too speak SPANISH! Your VULGAR speech and disregard for PAYING customers is unacceptable! After confronting these women, I called an left a message for Ernie (If he is even an employee of this location). With NO RETURN call! I will NOT only NEVER visit this location again. I will spread the word about the HORRIBLE Management and service at this location! If the OWNER of this franchise would like to meet in person. I am happy to discuss the details! BTW. I was calm and respectful when I confronted these women.unlike the way they treated me!

Now Justin Wadsworth is back, he's very polite young man. He knows how to treat his customers. He always greeted you and had a smile on his face. If you had a bad day by the time you left you had a smile on yours. When he first left everyone you talked to had nothing good to say about THIS MACDONALDS. Service sucked, orders wrong and fries cold & hard. SO WELCOME BACK JUSTIN. I've been telling everyone, And once again Justin we all have are smiles back. THANKS HON. DAMMA

I ordered a quarter pounder meal with no cheese. How hard is that to get right? ! The hamburger was undercooked AND it came with 2 slices of cheese! Really? ! I would give it zero stars if it's offered. Slow down and get it right!

I'm disappointed they are not carrying salads anymore. This is the 3rd time, through the drive through, they're trying to be fast, but talk over you, and don't listen! Had to repeat myself, then had to check my order, just to make sure everything was okay

I went through drive-thru window. I was so thirsty and also wanted something cold. Got a Coke and Ice Cream cone. I was served great products. I only wish the size of the cone was as big as they used to be. Seemed very small. I was fine but proportions have definitely decreased over the years but price has increased.

The drive thru employee name sky is rude and discourteous. Asked her why the drive thru wasn’t moving she told me to go to another McDonald’s on 1st occasion and then not long after that 2nd occasion she taunted and said I see you came back after complaining on her. This employee is a disgrace to McDonald’s Corp. So I officially called and complained we will see if something is done about it

Got some hot and spicy chicken sandwiches and s bys nugget meal, kids seemed to love it and made my evening easy. Great help with a busy and stressful day at work.

Came in not too long ago my brothers ordered 2 20pc nuggets totaling 40pc. We even checked the bag before we left the lot and when we went to take all the food out of the bag. Discovered only 2 10pc only 20pcs not 2 10pcs to make it 40pc total it's a waste of money to have half the food you ordered get missed and a waste of time wanting to go back and get the food they missed.

This was probably our 4th time coming to this location.and perhaps itll be our last time coming to this location if they're gonna not double check your order before you leave. It wasn't even a rush by the time we left the drive thru wasn't busy at all.

My all-time favorite McDonald's:) They give the brand a new respective! Always fresh, especially when they give me extra tartar sauce.

Staff is efficient and the line moves quickly in the morning. Unfortunately the quality suffers when it moves this fast. The English muffin part of the egg McMuffin was soft and seemed uncooked and lukewarm compared to other locations. Hash brown was fine. Food temperature needs to be higher.

I came here on my lunch break at night and got there at 11: 49 PM, nobody answered, and the lights were on.even though it says open 24 hours (and close at midnight on apple, which i assume is the new updated covid hours) i hate wasting my time and gas to take trips here on my lunch
