They are NEVER open at night. It’s always “we’re only doing DoorDash” if that’s the case then don’t advertise that you’re open

It was a long wait but must of been a few large orders in front of us. Staff was courteous and working as quickly as they could.

To the Owner, I used to work at Lalaos 2 restaurant. It's been a long time since we spoke. I'm here to inform you that your night manager and employees Shut down your restaurant from the drive thru and dining area. They were only doing online orders. I watch and video cars after cars turned away. This is not the first time. Automatic termination of the manager at night to save your customer base. This was on a Saturday night 9 pm

The longest wait eveeeeeer in a drive-thru. 2 lanes but one is always closed. I’m sitting in line now so why not leave a review. Just shut this location down.

When you look up their address it says they have dining available but apparently that’s not the case. They need to change it up what they offer

Is this McDonald’s 24/7 or not? Every time I drive by in the morning around 4: 30 am it’s closed. There was only one time that I can remember when it was open. The food was ok.

A lot of the employees I've experienced are rude or just cold and unfriendly. They get my order wrong a lot.started going to Wendy's when I want fast, cheap food. They're nice and never get my order wrong and the food is better.

Upon ordering breakfast the cashier impatiently tapped her fingers whilst taking my order. Her behavior was very rude. If you want to have a good morning don’t go here. Hopefully her irritable action get noticed by management. We were sitting in the dining room ready to eat when she said the dining room was closed and we had to leave. After I asked for clarification on the reason why there wasn’t any posted signs stating said circumstance; she walked to the back. Customer Service was horrid.

Yet another McDonald's that feels it doesn't need to open the lobby's like every other fast food chain has already done, huge drive thru lines because of it. Avoid this one people and go to one that actually has open lobbies

Now I know why McDonald's is losing so much money you can't even get what you ordered they messed it up and I want to get a soft drink and on a Saturday afternoon they're out of it

Worse attitudes, no thank you, have a good day just close the drive thru window on my face all the time. Always getting something in my order wrong every time i go. Will not come again.

In one order I got a quarter pounder with cheese no onion no pickles. I got one without pickles, onion, ketchup, and mustard Mistake#1. I ordered 2 lg fry's one was only half full mistake#2! Then I got 2 six pc nuggets one with ranch and the other with BBQ sauce. At the window when I was handed my bag I ask the boy is there ranch and BBQ in the bag? Yes both! NOPE no sauce in bag mistake#3! WOW HORRIBLE! Pay a lil attention!

Inside restaurant was closed, only drive thru. Would of been nice to let customers know, before getting off and trying the doors. As for everything else it was good food and fast service.

Asked for a receipt. Girl gave me attitude that came up to help. The printer was down. What ever happened to treating the customer with a little respect and apologizing that the problem is on their end.

Overall I have had good luck here.ie.hot fresh fries, friendly service. Only bad note; when new crispy chicken sandwich debuted, I was Very disappointed with what I received. It was on a happy meal bun, the two pickles were from gerkins.lol, and the price for that? Nope, haven't ordered one since, there or at any other McDonald's.

Have gone here 30 yrs. Their new app does NOT work. 2 weeks in a row I waited 10 min then another 10 in line when the app didn't work. They need an app that TELLS you its out of order! Then ordered a Double Qtr Pounder w/Cheese & Bacon Meal (my husband love them). Get home and its not a double which I paid for. Tried to do the mcdvoice but my receipt is mostly unreadable and they wouldn't take the numbers I had to guess at. Extremely frustrated.

Do not go here. I’ve given this specific McDonalds multiple chances. I’ve waited over an HOUR for my items, because the drive thru does not let you exit and was blocked in. Food is COLD EVERYTIME, even when it does take a few minutes to get through the food is still cold regardless. Just don’t go here there is another mcdonald’s down the road on olive and a few others nearby.

Drive threw shift leader or who ever she is. Rude, should not be training anyone. Yelling over window person, due to the fact that I ordered a large drink. She is screaming I ordered a med. She needs a new job.

Only reason it that is got a large fry. That was cold and stale. Didnt know tell i got home. And Was only able to eat my burger. The burger was good. But like come on if y'all know the fries been sitting therr for along time. Make new ones and throw those one away. Understand not wanting to wasted food but i paid for hot food?
