McDonald's, Lake Havasu City AZ

I don't know how many times I can tell the person running the drive through honey mustard and the screen says honey mustard and everything seems to be right and then they give me hot mustard or sweet and sour. I literally don't get it. How hard can it be to read a screen. I would say simple error but it's literally every time. Not to mention the staff is always incredibly rude when I go through the drive through. They weren't paying attention to the drive through I sat there for 2 or 3 minutes before and when they finally answered I had to tell them at least 3 times I'm not using the app. When I got to the window it took almost 2 minutes before the two people stopped messing around and actually noticed I was at the window. Never said a word to me just shoved my food at me and walked away. In addition to that anytime I've been in the lobby it is literally disgusting.
I feel like it has never been cleaned. Definitely not acceptable for any restaurant especially during a pandemic.

I thought I was purchasing just a big Mac, what I ended up with was pure joy. My disappointed family evaporated into thin air and the magical cheese that is McDonald's cheese soothed my savage breast and left me feeling alive. No more Dr Phil reruns for this cat lady, I am reborn!

They have very professional and friendly staff here. I'm not to keen on fast food, but this was my only option on Thanksgiving Day.

I like the breakfast sandwich deals and the dollar soda, otherwise it marginal food at best.

Iced Nonfat carmel latte and bacon, egg, cheese McGriddle have been doing so well at keeping weight down decided to allow this splurge. Believe me I savored them.

Horrid. Fries were old, shriveled, and cold. Order took a long time AND it was wrong. Not one employee there was articulate or knowledgeable about their own menu. FilletOFish is selling for $9.93 and they couldn't explain that to us. Since we found all the tea dispensers were empty, they tipped over a unit and poured the murky sludge out of the bottom into my friend's cup and expected her to drink it. When she rejected it they said they would make more tea for us but they did not. We I had to ask for lids after having to switch to fountain drinks and the ungloved employee handed both of them to me with his fingers inside both of the lids. They were eating, drinking, and chatting, (ignoring customers) while behind the counter which is not allowed.
To the mask complainers, the state of AZ does not require masks but the company sure does.

When ordering a cheeseburger no bun, it consists of two things - a hamburger patty and a piece of cheese. How can you forget the cheese?

Every part of the lobby was dirty. All tables were dirty, trash everywhere, drink station was unstocked and covered in soda and tea spills. It was 8: 30 on a Friday. They weren't busy. There were 5 people that i alone could see working that seemed like they were taking care of one order in the drive through and I was very surprised a restaurant could be that messy without being busy. Now maybe I had just missed the dinner rush but no one seemed to care to wipe down any tables or maybe sweep up a little the entire 15 minutes I was in there. Not planning on going to this store again honestly.

The food is consistent. The only thing I don't like about them is that they won't do separate orders in the drive-thru. I have had to go around as many as 4 times to get food for my clients.

Went with my granddaughter again who is 3 and she was constantly asking me Grandma why can't I play on the playground and I explained to her they have to shut it down because too many germs and too many people would play on it. We sat in that room anyway though and she enjoyed it!

They never get my order correct.the price increase goes towards higher wages but I guess getting a better wage doesn't insure a job done correctly.

They absolutely refuse to wear their masks properly even tho they are paid to do so. Can't go anymore because I can't risk my child's health or life. Also very dismissive of your complaints. Called and filed complaints about the mask issues 4 times. Went to corporate 2 times and was told it would be handled. It wasnt. They still refuse to wear their masks prowasn't. And they pretty much always forget something in our orders.

Cash register needed to be reset, but still got us and and out quick, manager Alexander I believe was very professional. Excellent service

The food was fresh and hot as always at this location. I also love the staff here they are polite and friendly and fast.

No napkins. When asked for ketchup threw it in the bag and sighed. Double cheeseburger wss smashed. We will think twice before we go to this one again.

I was a minute late (10: 31) and the dude said he couldn't serve us any breakfast burritos. I've been to numerous locations and they've always served breakfast burritos all day. I've even worked here before! Definitely not coming back here.

This McDonald's had a $200 order before us and they still had our food fresh and correct. Our McDonald's in our town sucks. They ask you to oull forward for a hot coffee. Thank you again McDonald's wonderful staff

The food here always makes my family sick. They dont change the fryer oil or they leave the food out to sit or something. The staff was rude and didn't even say " Thank you for coming to McDonald's" or had anything to say for that matter. It's just bad management.

It seems like every time we go through this drive-thru they screw up our order. This last time was a joke they kept asking us to repeat the order over and over again and still got it wrong and then when we got our ice cream it was melting falling off the cone
