Not a good manager was very rude I just hope they get that mean manager out of there I mean IF YOU DONT LIKE THE JOB DONT WORK THERE THERE FOR REAL

Had a bad experience coming over here I was here around 10: 30 evening ask a couple of food they said we don't serve them after 10: 00. I might be new to this area that's why I don't know the ins and outs all the food was good as always McDonald's okay what they're doing.

I just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru to order and get my food. Just to come and find out the the fries in my bag were cold and over cooked. The service is horrible. The employees seem lost and scrambling. I hope that management get it together along with there employees. Won’t waste my time any more at this location, so disappointed!

Staff was friendly food was good quality how McDonald's likes it to be. Use the app and prices are great

I received pancakes that were as hard as a rock and received the wrong soda. Customer service was not the best

They cant cook the eggs right and the fries are dry. Bad employees in the night, will never come back

They put sugar in my coffee instead of cream. I don't eat ANY sugar - diabetic. Had to dump a whole cup of coffee. Was already 10 miles down the road when discovered.

Interactive menu is too slow and confusing. It basically forces me to order a burrito meal instead of just 5 burritos. Unless they bring back the human interaction, I'm done!

I love this McDonald's but in the mornings they don't have enough people working at 6: 30. Waiting 15 mins for food to go is not realistic for this busy area. Otherwise it's a 4 star.

Consistently slow and inept service. If you enjoy getting parked for simple orders and/or waiting up to 5+ minutes for someone to decide when they want to make your coffee.then this is the place to go. Nominating for Worst McDonald's in Tempe.

It took forever to get the food there was lettuce only double cheese hamburgers what's up with that

5 stars for the fries. I have yet to find a better French fry.everything else is consistently the same.

This particular McDonald's chose a very modern interior. As a result, only a little of the seating was comfortable, at least to me. 2 semicircular booths had comfortable looking booth-style seating, but both were in use. A couple tables had hard chairs with wood seats and backs. Didn't try those. Most of the rest were uncomfortable modernistic stools with almost no back and very small seats that I found quite uncomfortable.

Was just there at 724 waited 15 minutes for a two cold sandwiches and watched a girl with her bare hands eat some of my fries. Hands down the worst McDonald's in the valley. The guy making the sandwiches was moving pattys around on the buns like he was lost. You have dry pattys im the shelf but still serve them

NO A/C, no paper towels, no plain Tea, no cover on sweet tea, Ass't Mngr.to stupid to call Manager or Owner. Its not the doors, your a/c is NOT working. Very sloppy location. Lots of other fast food resturants near this.

When customer's place an order, the cashier / worker should make it clear to the customer that the cups for the meal they've order are accross from the order desk and not have ask or have the blank look upon their face. I've gone to other McDonald's facilities and what I've experienced is that the server / cashier / worker have given the cup or cups from behind the counter as the order haa been complete.

Better Communications could create better efficiency. 480. Staff was focused only on their job in that look around to help their co-workers

Slow service and they didn't even get my simple order right. Ya I would say that service isn't worth $15 an hr.

Had to wait almost 40 minutes to get my food. I didnt know McDonald's was so fancy you had long wait times. Like almost a damn hour for fast food like that's terrible service. The damn food wasn't even hot when they brought it out. You would think your food that your waiter 40 MINUTES FOR HOT.guess I was completely wrong about that.

I ordered a fish filet sandwich it’s disappointing omg all the mayonnaise is inside outside the box terrible service
