Nasty bathroom. Which is saying something because it's locked up until you purchase something.

Where do I even start with this particular McDonald’s…
I have now gone here a dozen times and the service and attitude has not changed one bit.

If you plan on visiting this McDonald’s after 10pm prepare to pull up to the menu board and literally be ignored for 5 minutes and if you dare talk before he says it’s ok to talk oh man… you would think you just insulted the pierced and tatted rude employee running the drive thru.
Then and only then after you wait you will be treated like a nuisance because the store is dead and who knows what they are doing in there, don’t dare bother them!

Oh and just to sweeten the overall experience here god forbid you are picking up a doordash you may sit at the menu board and after a very long awkward silence you will have to repeat the doordash number at least 5 times only to get a reply of “window” or better yet “don’t have that number” if you ask any questions he will ignore you.

The almighty McDonald’s worker has power over us simple people.

This location is utterly disgusting they need to clean house.

Super rude people, ask for a cook to order and got soggy fries and a couple hour old burger, terrible.never changes either. Didn't even get a full fry

Went through the drive thru they asked me to parked in front. I stayed parked for 28 minutes until I got my one order which was small just one meal ordered. I saw 6 car that ordered after me pull up and get their food before me… ridiculous

No decaffeinated beverages. Food is garbage. Prices went up. Restroom is locked. Employees rude. Management even ruder.

Slowest drive thru service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re here after 10 pm, expect to be waiting at least 20-30 min in the dt line.

If you've been here you already know. The only thing keeping this location open is the fact that its mcdonald's. Constant mistakes, constant long waits, managers, specifically the extreamlly rude pierced "manager" that runs the drive thru at night. (he wouldn't give me his name and wore no badge), act like children when confronted with the problem and no follow up from someone at the location you think would have a clue. I have never had a pleasant experience at this location.

At late night it's just horrible. They know it and don't care. The rest of the time it's pretty good. That being said I won't order here anymore. They know and do nothing to fix it. Apologize nothing. By going back ever you reinforce this bad behavior.

Dont Go After 11pm! Idk what the manager or the ppl they hire are doing on the night shift. But the very last thing their mind is getting your order to you in a timley manner. Not to mention 7/10 times you go after 11pm.their card Machine don't work. So be sure to have cash when going at night

Always issues with this McDonalds. You get attitude at the drive thru window and the wrong order

Wasn’t able to order because this location supposedly cash only at night “every night” according to the worker we spoke to at the drive through. Not sure how you can properly complete transactions if “computers are shut off to reset for the night”. Sad we couldn’t. Order. Lost a valuable customer.

Oscar and the associates who work at this location are rude, condescending, and lack any amount of customer service. Waited for 15 minutes for a curb side pick up of a single come and fri. Ended having to drive through the drive though to even get my order. I asked for an additional fry because of the wait, and they refused.

Severely disappointed! Went to get dinner for my mother and my two kids. First mistake is that the lady that took my order was extremely rude. I stated that I had a coupon and it wasn’t applied even though she said she would. Second mistake is that they took forever to get the food out to us which made our food cold and the final and the biggest mistake is that the burgers that we ordered were RAW! Never in my life have I ever had this issue with McDonald’s. That is extremely unprofessional, unsanitary and left me absolutely appalled. I live across the street and now id rather travel further to another fast food restaurant so I can have proper customer service and actually cook end enjoyable food. $51.05 later and possibly getting food poisoning. Thanks McDonald’s.

Very good service. Food was done fast and very good. People inside were greeting everyone. A gentleman asked me to have a seat at the table next to him, as he was dining alone. We had a great conversation while we ate! Such a friendly place! I will be back!

They can't keep their own hours consistent. Their hours for breakfast vs regular food on their own app are lies. I have had nothing but problems every time I've made the mistake to stop here.
