McDonald's, Camp Verde AZ

As a current employee of McDonald’s at a 43rd and thunderbird location. They refused to give me my employee discount, I don’t recommend this location

How is a sausage mcmuffin and coffee $9 and they didn't even have hashbrowns? And the lobby was closed? Also please why are the employees so miserable when this location costs so much? Where does the money go?

And the coffee cup leaks?

Made a quick stop at about 7pm with the family and it was clean, fresh and fast. Manager runs a tight ship and quickly took care of any customer concerns.

This was the worst experience I've had at McDonald's ever waited 15 minutes for one. Cheeseburger asked for extra pickles onions and mustard and it came with no mustard literally 2 little onions and no pickles all the employees from the. Manager's to everyone were just lolligag and heard that there were drive. Thru orders that had been sitting there for close to 45 minutes for no apparent reason. Other than this is cruel just not cared and had no motivation to do anything again worst experience ever do not stop at this mcdonald's

Ordered my food and was served rather quickly by the manager at the table. I was impressed with him because he was working tables and running orders out to customers.

Went through the drive through for a late dinner after work. They were extremely busy but the employees were friendly and sweet. I had to wait quite a while for food, but it was hot and fresh.

They have two lanes for the drive thru and two windows for food handling but use only one window, effectively defeating their own system.

Decided not order anything as the person at the counter would not stop socializing with another customer. No more McDonalds for me, period.

Complete an utter chaos is the only way to describe how this store is rare. There is no leader just all over the place. They have no sense of time management and it is just so disappointing. I didn't get any food but the bathrooms were fairly good. I've seen much worse also these are just good people. Trying their best at fast food. Give em a break

Ordered two hot and spicys to sit in the drive through for 30 minutes with 3 people in front of me. When I got my food it was already cold and stale. After eating at this my location for 20 plus years that will be that last.

Waited 20 minutes for a cheeseburger kids meal. Fries were cold, went inside and no apology, handed me a new fry. Management and employees are absolutely clueless and inept.

Touchless entry-nice. Bright an inviting. Clean. Friendly staff. Brought our order to our table. Quick service.

No seat covers in bathroom. Touchless sink though. Teeny tiny stalls except for child changing stall.

Easy on/off access to freeways.

$27 for two meals. We checked out the other nearby fast food restaurants and they were way cheaper. This location is ridiculously price gouging.

Price gouging Anti-American business. Big Mac meal $15, seriously? Wrong order EVERY time, rude service and insane prices. Thanks for screwing America McDonalds!

This is one if the best McDonald's I've been too in a long time. They have a very clean lobby and an amazing crew I live about 10 to 15 mins away, depending on traffic and I have had to drive back because of a missing item and they were so understanding, patient and kind. Amazing place to eat or drive through! I recommend stopping by.

This place honestly is garbage, they think they save so much time and effort by sending us around to wait out front for our food when they waste more energy and time by sending someone out with 5 orders at a time and half of them are cold this is probably the 5th time i’ve been here since they’ve done this new system and i can’t say it’s improved a single time i’ve been here, it’s all the same shenanigans with how cold my food is and how bad they’re time management is

Ordered tomato on my sausage biscuit as usual ad first was told they cant do that until lunch (lunch was 5 minutes away) and then i was told the truck didn't bring any. She was obviously just offering excuses because she didn't know how to add tomato to my order. No matter when or what you order at the drive through you must pull forward and wait for them to bring it out. Very disappointing. And then the food was old and cold when it arrived.

Well two three, to begin with, the restaurant was very dirty, they did not deliver the order completely, regular service, very dirty, they need more attention from the restaurant manager, the coffee is good, but the tables were dirty, we clean, but it is normal today Nowadays, in all the restaurants in the USA, everything is very dirty, greetings bye

We ordered breakfast meals and weren't aware that orange juice was a $2.89 upcharge! We spent $25 on 2 breakfast meals! I could have gone to an update restaurant for that!
