McDonald's, Gilbert AZ

They didn't give any sauce after we asked for some. I had to eat my meal suepr dry because they couldn't follow simple directions.

Update: the regional manager reached out to me about this, and said they would work on training the management at this location to ensure this wouldn't happen again, so I've updated my review on this to 3 stars, because I feel they took the issue seriously.

Paper was at the bottom of my vanilla cone tonight…. Ended up swallowing some of it before realizing there was something inedible and spitting it out. Showed it to the restaurant staff and the only recourse was another come…no thanks! Already tried contacting McDonalds via their customer feedback.

Ordered big Mac bundle, both nuggets short a nugget. Not a big deal, but definitely seems intentional seeing as how it was both of them.

The burgers were cold, but the fries were hot and the pop was good. Please get a double cheese burger.

I love McDonald's but at the end of the day this location unfortunately does have disrespectful attitudes and the atmosphere doesn't make it any better.

Watch out for plastic in your burgers! Nasty and careless. Never again! $60 for cold food with plastic in it.

08/11/2023, a day that will forever live in infamy at this restaurant. The AC was burned out and the dining room smelled like electrical fire had occurred. Its 107 degrees outside, so as you can imagine it smelled like a sweaty hamburger box.
Had some issues ordering on the kiosk, running slow / errors, no receipt printed ect. Got food ordered, went to play area the only place with AC. We waited 30 minutes for our food to be brought out to our table tent.never showed up. The line of people waiting for food and for their botched orders to be fixed filled the whole dining room. Our order had been sitting for 15 minutes and was almost cold, and was wrong so we had to go get it fixed. Employees were delirious from the conditions they were working in, handing wrong orders returned in the dining room out the drive thru, and botching a ton of peoples orders.

Tldr; Dining in at Mcdonald's has become unpleasant since Covid, stick to the drive thru if you're really craving their food.

The crew were just gossiping. They didn't want to take the food to the table or look for the number. Guess their conversation was more important than the customer. Also the place was dirty no maintenance like tables and bathrooms.

I ordered from the kiosk and it said take a number, enter it and have a seat (they'll bring you your food) didn't happen. I sat in the play area for almost 30mins. I had to leave the kids in there to go look for our order. Thank goodness no one else was in there. When I complained I don't think the shift manager spoke English because he mumbled something and walked away. They only get 2 stars because my kids like the play land.

They just wondering around for a pay check don’t care about customers or food temp or quality & quantity, not to mention cleanliness.it’s sad sad thing cuz it’s a perfect spot for the only fast food restaurant in the neighborhood, right where the train station starts Wow for events happening in Arizona

My 1st time to this location. I had the BEST fish filet I've had in yrs. Fast the place was fairly busy ; yet lobby was not neglected and fast but perfectly executed. Good team work. I will be back, the very next time my son takes me to lunch

I completely understand that this is McDonald's but I'm sure Ronald McDonald would be disappointed if he knew about the service here. My bag of food was placed (term I'm using loosely) counter and number calle, no problems there so the lady turns her back pulls out her phone and does whatever she's doing I say excuse me can I get some ketchup she doesn't hear me until the 3rd time said then turns around and still doesn't hear anything so I repeat myself another 3 times only for her to say how many then I say just 1 is fine so she grabs a handful and throws it in the bag. Ok great just what I asked for 12 packs of ketchup to throw in the garbage because who needs 12 I'm not 5 years old but fine then I go to leave and realize she couldn't hear me at all because she had the drive thru headphone on and 1 of her air pods in so needless to say I will never go back to this location because If I really needed something no one could hear me

We are not fans of McDonald's food but we are of their cheap drinks and quarter pounder! But MOSTLY only fans if there is a Playland. If there isnt.we don't bother

Fries were perfect. That's all I got. Kiddo played in play area which was kept clean. Everyone was nice. So can't say anything bad. I do like clean restaurants and this one surprised me with how clean it was

They have one job and still can't do it right they messed up my order every single time. Doesnt matter the time it's a simple order and they can mess it up. Not coming here anymore.

Literally just paid 27$ and change now that McDoubles are up to over 5 dollars these days get through the 20 min drive thru to leave and realize my food isn’t right and my wife won’t eat it.

The worst - I keep giving them a chance as they used to be a great McDonalds. Poor food quality, NEVER have fresh fries or they are over cooked or under cooked. Patties are crumbling and greyish in color. Half way filled Oreo McFlurry's. Missing toys for the happy meals. Play area is filthy. Understand that play areas are always dirty but this one is filthy and will never go back to it. Who ever is in charge of this specific location, and possibly some of the other McDonalds around this location, is the problem.

Mannn I love this McDonald's there's always a teen their, that always gives me great and positive customer service. He made my day way better and made my little brother happy I got his happy meal. I belive his name was Alan I didn't get his last name but working like that deserves a raise.

Negative one star ordered through drive through and was asked to pull forward after waiting 20 mins food never came out went Inside manager I formed me breakfast was over and I could have lunch I did not want lunch I ordered breakfast items 45 mins into my visit never received meal will not be returning manager and staff were unapologetic and unorganized lots of employees standing around this store needs corporate attention.

They are so extra at this location in the mornings, specifically the guy that’s always at the first window. It’s McDonald’s, it’s not that serious.
