McDonald's, Chandler AZ

Super hot day today so as I pulled in to the drive-thru, 8 people pulled up behind. All I wanted was one of those new coke slurpy’s! Wouldn’t ya know it the car in front order the whole menu! Anyway I’m thinkin my slurpy is now liquid. So the cashier ask if I wanted a fresh one. YES! People these slurpy’s are the bomb! Thanks Mikey D’s off Wild Horse, Gila!

I'm not sure the point of giving people jobs for them not to do them, get real and hire people who care.

Visiting a classic McDonald's restaurant, we were disappointed by what seemed slow service, especially considering we only ordered three cheeseburgers. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. The burger was so sparsely topped it was hard to even identify the flavor. This visit showed us that there are definitely better alternatives in other restaurants when looking for a satisfying fast food experience.

Very slow and they don’t pick up at drive-thru no matter how many times you call out. Had to call the store front for someone to pickup.

This is the cleanest McDonald's, I have visited in the past two years. The tables, soda station and floor were immaculate! The bathroom not only smelled good it was so clean I think you could eat in there. And we all know how clean that would have to be. Great Job!
Everyone had great great customer service, the food was very good and served very hot. I have never stopped at this McDonald's before and I have lived in the East valley for 17 years. Kudos to the managers and all the employees! I would give them all 10 stars for running an exceptional fast food restaurant.

Usually good place to get food. I guess they were opening late today. My brother and I pulled up to the open drive thru and no one answers, so we pulled up to the front. A man walks out with food so we get the impression that the drive thru is just closed. We go to the doors. Locked. Start heading back to our car and see that the are directing people from the drive through to the front but making them wait outside anyway. A lot of confusion, no food and maybe it was gonna happen anyway but my brother was late to work.

I just wanted to say the beautiful lady at the food window is top tier. Her freckles and skin glowing had me choking on my words.

I asked for light tartar sauce for my filet I fish and they didn't even get a tablespoon on the bun, I took the sandwich to the counter and the young woman who responded to my call looked at it and immediately offered a side of sauce. We both laughed as it was a pitiful amount. Next time I'll just order the sauce on the side.

I've been to this McDonald's several times over many years. I hadn't stopped in here for quite a while, maybe even a year or so because I hardly travel outside of my city now. I love the new update to the entire place. I love how big this restaurant is so I can sit away from people and eat in peace. The place was very clean, which is always a plus for me. I will walk out of a restaurant if it is dirty because if they can't clean the restaurant properly then I don't want to eat there. The double cheeseburgers and fries were hot, fresh, and well made. The diet Dr Pepper tasted good! I refuse to get a fountain drink at most places because it always tastes weird to me but this time it tasted how it should. Service was great too. I like how they bring your food to your table.

There are a few truck parking spots but good luck getting one. All the locals go there for lunch and dinner so if you want to park a rig go during off hours

This is one of the worst McDonald's for customer service.
Often wait 15+min just to order and another 15+min to get order.
Last time I went to drive thru I was only person. They told me to wait to take my order. They waited until another car drove up, took their order first while I waited.
Imo this branch should be shut down or get people that actually care to work!

I'm a trucker and was try to get some food. They refused me service, because they locked the doors and there was only drive-thru. I explained that my big rig will not fit, so I'm doing a walk up. They said nothing about they would not be able to do this. Instead they told me to wait for the car that was at the window was done and they would take my order. After waiting for 20 minutes the manager said she is not going to take my order. If this was the case she could of said that instead of telling me to wait. I do not recommend going to this place that refuses to feed hard working Americans. And the manager refused to give her name she kept saying different names.

Made us pay for the wrong order then paid for ours messed up the order twice guy on the microphone didn’t know what ice cream was

Our Big Mac was excellent, my husband and I were extremely hunger only because my husband is a Truck Driver but was deeply saddened that McDonalds would not sell our frees French Fries even though we gave her our code. Either way Big Mac was Wonderful!

Google state it opens at 4am 3 to 4 times a week I pass by 4: 08 4: 15 and is still closed a couple of time I have pass by alil after 5am and it's closed. I spoke to one of the employees, and they say they are ready to go by 4am, but the manager always shows up late or doesn't show up at all. Something needed to be done or just update the opening hours.

When did 3 pancakes cost $6+? Must have been years since I ate them. Pricey but still good.

Well we all know the food is always the same. It comes down to the service and people. The people and or employees are very nice. They will make your right, weather they made a mistake. I was here for 15 minutes and they made errors on 3 orders. They fixed them and made everyone happy. The employees are nice, the place is clean and open with great lighting and lots of room to get around the seating area.
