McDonald's, Maricopa AZ

The customer service is awesome when kelley roberts takes my order politely and efficiently. Then proceeds to get my food swiftly when my order is complete. Thanks for making a difference is the fast food industry!

Don't advertise that you do take out and masks required when the door is locked. False advertisement. Not worth the lines either so guess my business will be going elsewhere.

Long line but fast moving. I just hate repeating my order so many times. Over all decent experience

Dining room is closed unnecessarily. I'm not taking my food elsewhere to eat it cold. 1 star until they stop being afraid of their own shadows.

Just like everywhere else in Maricopa it's hit or miss. Honestly this McDonald's is usually a miss, fries are always terrible and when you ask for no onions all they do is scrape them off!

Its a one star for all the times I had to avoid some tub o lard in a vehicle racing in or out of McDonald's willing to cause a car accident for a sugared up beef and soy burger. People who eat McDonald's must be losing brain cells or the food is eating their brain away because McDonald's customers are the dumbest group of people that you will meet outside of Tucson.

It's McDonald's had good service and McDonald's quality food, past visits have had longer wait times

Second time my order was shorted. Not happy with the service. 2 item order and yet still missing an item. Come on!

I ordered a large coffee. Got this small cup that was only good for a couple sips. The girl apologized and attempted to fix it. Screwed up again. I said I ordered a large. Thats funny because when i order a different coffee, i get this big cup that lasts awhile. She came back with a medium. So i gave up trying to talk to the girl in the drive thru and drove around to the front and just threw it back at them. Ill provide update when they will finally get it right.

Drive-thru employees are horrible! Completely screw up order! Even though I repeated myself a few times. Girls gossiping at second window rather than making sure customers orders correct.

I went through the drive-through and my order was ready at the second window right after paying at the first window. My order was correct and the food was hot. And the service was good at each window.

The service I received was great. I was served promptly and with a smile. The dining room was clean and staff were observed cleaning and taking care of the customers. My Big Mac Value Meal was very tasty and satisfied my hunger. I would recommend this location for any one in and around Maricopa.

Very dirty! Grimey in some places. Floors and tables were extremely dirty was afraid to touch anything. Women's bathroom was disgusting.soda tasted terrible.food was cold. I will never eat there again! Staff was nice though.

Hamburger was raw, fast service. But I think they could have cooked it, at least. 2 stars didn't even go through the drive through, walked in. Sad Maricopa needs people who care.

Cold food dirty restaurant. You can keep that 9 dollars you need it more than I do.if the dining area is this dirty I would hate to see the kitchen work area.

They were very busy and took a while to get our order to us. When we got our order, it was wrong. But after they fixed it, they gave us two caramel macchiatos and two apple pies. The food tasted good, but the service was low quality.

Good service, but McDonald's new and "fake" American cheese tastes terrible on their sausage and egg McMuffins. #yuck

Got some burnt nuggets, and there were only 3 of us but we were all waiting. Woman told me they were waiting on nuggets, but for 15 minutes. Guess that's why they were burnt. It was on my way home from a place ill never go again so this is just a friendly heads up for people passing through. Try a different McDonald's if you don't want your food well done.

We've been going to this McDonald's since it opened and it's a very busy place often, both inside and the drive thru. This was a good visit because there actually wasn't a lot of people. We got our food fast and accurately. The place was fairly clean and the kids play area wasn't that busy either. I'm not super excited about going to this McDonald's, but this visit wasn't too bad at all.

I was disappointed. The women's restroom was too disgusting to use. The soft drink station was dirty as well. First time ever to complain about cleanliness at a McDonalds.
